There are some added benefits of fasting. But for the most part it's nothing magic. Just calories restriction. When it comes to losing weight it's calories in VS out. On top of a good diet it can do wonders...but it sucks after a certain while.

How do you deal with the fact you have a body type you don't want?
My gym looks like it's sponsored by Instagram. The majority of women come in, geared up in Adidas clothing or bright patterned yoga pants, stand in front of the mirror, do a lifts, take photos then leave.
They're all about 5ft2, 100lbs, absolutely gorgeous, and really petite, which is the body type I yearn for, but I'm the complete opposite. I'm not complaining about my genetics or body type as such because it could be worse, but how do you deal with the crippling disappointment that no matter how well you eat, lift and workout, you'll never be what you want to be?
deal with it? find an attainable body type that you like and work your ass off to achieve it?

or shoulder width or whatever the hell it is
but it's like when you buy something for your own money, something you really saved up to and longed for. You will be more careful with that thing. You will love that one thing more than other shit that you've just gotten.
Same thing with your body. Just working out to get bigger is one thing, working out in a specific way to end up like you want to be is another.
Both will give a sense of success, but the latter one will make you feel like you actually sculpted yourself the way you want to be. And by doing so you will love how you look.

I usualy stop eating at 8 pm and start at midday (12 pm)
Today ive ran like 10 km at 7 am as part of some charity run on nothing but black coffee and dank water afterwards,
Should i break the fast or keep it empty on nothing but water/green tea till its 12 pm?

I would say hold the fast.
Having breakfast now and again is no big deal, so it's not about holding the fast because you're going to ruin everything otherwise.
It's about getting used to functionning on an empty stomach, breaking through the mental wall.
Just make sure you eat enough after breaking fast. IF is not supposed to be caloric restriction, even if a lot of people misunderstand it that way.
I know this place has trouble giving any real advice or response so this is a shot in the dark but I'll go ahead anyways.
I am curious at what point of strength you would start being competitive at a local or state powerlifting meet. I am around 200 pounds and my bench just hit 300 this week and I realized that maybe I should start taking powerlifting seriously and looking into competing. I know 300 isn't going to break any records but I am curious what numbers put you in, say, the top 10% of a competition.

Most local meets are small and extremely variable in terms of who'll show up. Outside of a handful of hyped competitions, ranking in powerlifting is much more about where you place within your fed or overall than at any particular meet.

get them from your butcher and sauce them yourself, i like to just season them and adding franks red hot which is basically just sodium, but beware those fuckers can be like 150cals per wing depending on how you prepare them, and the protein content isn't that good compared to other parts of the chicken (which is why i prefer thighs when i'm looking for flavor)
