Height: 190 cm (6'2)
Weight: 82 kg (202 pounds)
Goal: Well, to be fit, but I know that need a long time to happen, then just lose fat and gain muscle.
Body Fat: about 19% (did it quickly)
I'm eating mostly meat, pasta, pizza, started to drink soda again but I can quit easy, don't drink almost any alcohol, don't eat much candy or chocolate, don't eat too much vegetables.

Pic on the left is from October, pic on the right is from just now, and I'm a little disappointed to be honest. The difference in training is that a few months back I got a hernia, so I had to stop squatting and deadlifting and transition to high-rep leg press and extension instead.
So god bless the people of your family and your life and you can always be your own friend. However I think I should probably be able to see more levels as soon because they have never seen the same amount as me.
