keep Squat and Deadlift fixed on their days, the rest switches around, so the next week will look like this:

A: Bench, Rows, Squat (+ DB Skullcrushers, DB Bench Press
B: OHP, Pullups, Deadlift (+ Lat Raises, Curls)

all main lifts are 3x5 except Deadlift 1x5-8, plugins are 4x 8-12.

Alright, I looked up protein muffin recipes and I assumed bodybuilding.com would have some good shit, so I made the "Whey great protein muffins" from this article: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/7-amazing-breakfast-recipes-from-7-industry-experts.html
and used vanilla whey 1/2 scoop instead of "chocolate cookie whey" and used blueberries instead of chocolate chips. When they came out of the oven, I swear to God they tasted like burnt egg with berries mixed in, it was absolutely terrible. The protein pancake mixes I see look a lot like this recipe, so I don't even want to waste my time on them. For some reason this shit doesn't use flour, which I didn't think much of when I was making them but realized how terrible it was without it. Anybody got recipes for actually good protein muffins/pancakes? I don't care how complex they are I just need something other than bagels to eat for breakfast.

>wednesday: single arm dumbell rows 6x 5, chinups 1xf, benchpress 3x6
>thursday: heavy db OHP 5x6, lat delt raise 3x10, rack pulls 1x12
>friday: rest cause i didnt feel like lifting
>saturday: powercleans 3x10, db row 6x5, heavier db row 1x6
>sunday: light db OHP 3x12, lat delt 3x12

I don't have consistency. Sometimes i only lift 3 times per week, sometimes only 2. I try to do OHP, rows and rack pulls as much as possible as i want bigger lats and bigger shoulders. If i train 2 times a week i try 1 workout to be shoulders, chest and arms and the other legs and back.


I use progressive resistance.
My last set is as many reps as possible. If i can't add weight i try to atleast add 1 more rep.

Depends on what your goals are. If you want to be stronger/bigger lifting is best, if you want endurance then cardio is. If you want to be lean just get your diet in check.
