Im not trying to put off getting fit, I understand completely it must feelsgoodman.jpg to get fit and have bitches all over you, but do you ever have people who used to rag on you, make fun of you, and not want to hang out with you (mostly grills) who see you now and want to hang out with you because you're /fit/? i feel like it would kinda depress me. It's awesome, my roommate owns one, never thought I'd use it but I use it every week to cook up my rice for my work lunches.

I use a cheap one, got it for less than 30 dollars. It's great because I can turn it on in the morning and come back at night and food is cooked. It can also heat up cold food, and I hear the more expensive ones can even double as a slow cooker.

How much running are you doing exactly?
I stopped running and really stared lifting about a year ago, I've seen good strength gains- 270lbs bench, 325 squat, 430 deadlift, 220 cleans. But at 5'10" and 180lbs I still look pretty small. I'm not dyel but I'm nowhere near big.
