if you had to choose between being 6'4 lanklet with 6x5 dick or 5'7 manlet with 8x7 dick, what would you choose?
They're both shit options. I'd rather be 6'1 with a 7x6.
if you get to the point where a girl sees your penis and you don't get laid, then you've got more serious issues than your dick size and your height
>>40673909
yeah, but if you HAD to choose between these two, what would you pick?
idk pick lanklet, cus there is nothing worse than being a manlet
sup /fit/,
has anyone else experimented with frozen sips? I cut my hand ripping the can apart but the gainz are unparalleled, I think the thermodynamics of it actually means it's negative calories!
thoughts /fit/? DAE freeze their sips?
the only thing you should freeze are your assets so you can get your internet shut off and never post here ever again

Who is /fat/ for? Fat members of /fit/ who want to learn how to eat right, lift weights, and lose fat. Here we ask others for advice and give moral support to one another. We all know how hard it first is and we all have to get through it to better ourselves. At the end of the day this is a support general whose goal is to help and motivate the chubby channers who need it.

How's your weekend going fatties? You're working out, considering you have a WHOLE two days off, right?
>>40667273
It's fine right, I'm enjoying the noob gains as I lose weight
>lent
>order broiled fish with a baked potato
>it comes to me, it's broiled, but in a basket of fries
I mean, I was still below my TDEE but I'd rather have a baked potato. They were pretty good fries.
My second day at the gym. Struggling to eat healthy.. My parents control the food and buy a lot of shit and I'm very tempted

Sure big muscles are not the only determining factor of a fight but they do have a place and are very useful. Also being big, you never really have to fight

Cutting weight ruins weight classes

Let me tell you the Preface: social approval is necessary for human survival and happiness. Don't derail this thread with cognitive dissonance whining by pretending it isn't.
On the road to Chaddom, lifting is clearly the starting point. A comprehensive roadmap must be in place to progress past the social gains of physique.
We must boil down to the additional hobbies that increase social capital.
AN IDEAL HOBBY/SKILL TO INCREASE CHAD CAPITAL WOULD INCLUDE:
• High ratio of social impressiveness to actual effort/skill required
• Signals high status to a large number of normies
• Allows the meeting of many people
• Helps build your Chad Brand™
• Is not so time consuming that gaining rewards interferes heavily with career and personal life
• Is fun/rewarding so that motivation is nearly innate
Hobbies/habits/skills are what make you a more valuable Chad. You need more than muscles to compete. If you want to make it, you need to get the highest ROI from your hobbies.
Add your ideas/experiences to this /fit/ discussion because it may enhance your life.
>>40662919
there's a difference between social approval and sucking up to normies by catering to their every preference
Explain all the weirdos banging cuties left and right
Chad theory is faulty and like >>40662967 said you don't necessarily need to cater to normie standards to be socially successful
Chad doesn't need a roadmap and isn't autistic
So /fit/, I fell for the manlet meme and bought heel raises. I'm 5'11 and these particular ones come in three pieces (3 cm, 2 cm and 2 cm). I only wanna use one of the smaller ones to bump myself up to 6'. Thing is, every time I put them on in my most worn shoes, my ankle looks like it's just about ready to pop out. I know there's more of you using these out there, how do I make it so my shoes don't feel nearly as tight around the ankle when I wear these ?
To keep it /fit/ related, what do I do about a stubborn bicep that won't grow or get stronger ? I've been bulking and my biceps are stuck at 55 lbs curls. I can't seem to get any stronger from workout to workout and they don't seem to get bigger, despite the post workout pump.

You may or may not be a manlet meme.
But you are a beta duck reality.

Post, manlets, how many of you keks are walking around with secret heel boosts.
How come is often see people saying they spend three hours (or more) at the gym? I'm doing well and i spend like one hour and 15 mins max.
15 min warm up. 25 min work, 10 min break, 25 min work.
What more do you need? Unless you spend time shittposting at /fit/ while at the gym, there is no way to be that long at the gym.
>>40676281
>How come is often see people saying they spend three hours (or more) at the gym?
We are on roids and love working out.
>>40676292
Seems legit. Very few people seem that jacked though. The average physicque here is easily obtainable without roids...

Been lifting since mid-december so for about 3 months now. I just benched 250lbs free weight like an hour ago which put a smile on my face (i haven't smiled in about a year idkwhy).
anyway, my question is how long will it take me to bench 300lbs?
I'm really starting to wonder if the whole point of this board is to strictly shit post. That said I benched 300 my second week in the gym eat more food faggot

you're just jealous that i'm half slav (super strength) and half ashkenazi (super intelligence) so i'm basically the best genetics in the world. i'm super slow at sprinting though but i have amazing cardio.
anyway, i bought some generic brand whey protein powder a week ago and getting about 40g of protein that way. is that enough or should i double it.
here's an older pic
itt we write a recipe for chili one ingredient at a time.
I'll start. One can on stewed tomatoes.
***you can only add one scoop or sip per post***
One can red kidney beans
>>40674662
1 scoop of creatine
It goes with everything and without it you'd be nothing.
>>40674675
flavored?
I'm weak /fit/. How badly will I get mocked at the gym for not being able to lift a lot? Should I just buy a bench and weights for working out at home until I get a wee bit stronger so I don't look like a fool at the gym?
You will get mocked pretty bad
At my gym, if you bench under 2pl8 at any point, guys will come over and talk shit until you leave. One guy will physically chase people out of the gym that do this.
I'd suggest just buying hormones and going full MtF. It's a lot less effort and you get better results in terms of social standing
>>40674629

>>40674598
No one gives a fuck you're weak, they care more about their lifts than your shit-tier lifts.
Tell me why it's silly to be afraid of the gym. All the people there scare me.

They're too busy worrying about themselves to even notice you. This can also be said for almost all social situations

How do i recover a lacking upper body as a result from the strength training meme? Currently running C6W. Want to be at least ottermode in another 3 years and bench 300lbs (15lbs increase)
>>40676007
>Want to be at least ottermode in another 3 years
you're too big for ottermode (unless you plan to stop lifting?)
>>40676041
Oh so i am already beyond ottermode? Interesting. Wait, what mode am i then? Builtfat?
Only train legs once a week and do a lot of chinups and dips as you cut
You can achieve your goals in 1.5 years
