I've heard there are benefits to intermittent fasting and I've been eating one big meal a day for about a week and don't really suffer any headaches or anything which I heard some people get. Does anyone have experience with eating only once a day or is it just a meme? Also I've been eating my huge meal maybe an hour before lifting, would it be better to eat it after and maybe drink aminos during the workout or something?
All of it sounds good to me. As long as you're monitoring calorie intake and not feeling like shit, go for it.

Both are important for a good meal, and some faggots will claim they only eat meat like a "real man". But they're just insecure fuccbois at heart.
Literally never worked out before (except when it was mandatory), but I landed a job that requires a lot of mechanical work and some lifting. Finally caved and got a bench press, and decided to actually try working out.
To be clear, I DON'T plan on letting this discourage me from continuing to work out, but I'm wondering if you guys went through the same shit;
