He looks to be 6'2 and about 170lbs, we have a few guys who post here who look like that when they do extreme cuts, it would be unhealthy to be that lean all the time.

To get traps like that you need to juice or carry a lot more bodyfat. The rest of his size is very achievable natty, you just need to eat like a god, so you'll be giving up all drinks except water and obviously only eating vegetables and lean meat/fish.

I'm a 285 pound grill, 5'5 and I'm only 19.

I'm willing to get off my ass and change it but here's my issue.
My dad has been built as fuck my entire life and he pushes himself to his total limits and I've accidentally adapted his strategy. Unfortunatly for me, because I'm so obese, pushing myself to my limit has almost given me an actual heart attack.

I'm about to go for my first run in over a year, what can I do to just chill out a bit more and not over-exert myself to the point of almost killing myself? And how can I turn exercise into a habit?

My over exertion usually means that after 2 or 3 days of exercise my body just crumbles and I fall out of the habit and lose motivation.

Pic related, it's me 2 or 3 years ago. It's the only candid shot that I don't hate myself in because the magic of a good angle and lighting means you can't see my double chin. I've only gotten fatter since then due to poor choices, stress and medication.

My area right there is fucked up because growing up I wore pants/underwear that was too tight around the hips.

Now all that area caves in all around my sides and front.

My front there caves in, so it's not just a normal hip dip. I messed up.

I look real weird, like a squeezed tube. I don't have any actual muscle around there, is there a way to fix this by building some sort of muscle around there?

Hey fit I just started reading ss and I have one question does the book give a routine to follow or do I make on my own?
I haven't read far into the book but I would like to start the program while still reading it, I don't know if further along the book gives a routine or not. If not could you guys recommend one?

Yes there is a routine. Problem is you can't do the routine unless you know how to do the movements, which you won't know until you read the book, which is why the routine is near the end.

Also, there's a table of contents that tells you what's in the book and where it is. Do you not know how to read a book?

Are saunas a good way to help shed pounds/calories when beginning a fitness routine? I'm 5'9" 232 lbs fat fuck trying to turn my health around for the first time, and a classmate told me saunas a good way to speed up the calorie burning process. I've also heard they can help "cleanse" the body?

any weight lost as a result of the sauna is literally just water, and cleansing is a meme. If you enjoy the sauna, go for it, but it certainly will not help you in any way.

how much of a difference does high natty test levels make? i always thought i was low T until i got bloods done and found that im at 713 ng/DL which my doc made seem fairly high. I have pretty low confidence/assertivness and have always had low interest in getting a gf compared to my peers so ive pretty much been single my whole adult life.

Do you wanna know something entertaining OP? I have a friend in real life who looks similar to the guy you posted. Despite looking like a greek god, he has never had relationship last longer than 4 months in his 25 years of living.

Why is this? I talked to him about it, and I shit you not, the girls he gets with are so insecure that he will leave them for someone else, that they all inevitable turn batshit insane jealous and melt away any hope at a normal relationship.

He confided in me that he sometimes wishes girls didn't feel that way around him, cause he wants some serious shit, and nothing ever lasts.

Hey, Ive been interested in being fit for at least 5 years now, but all ive ever done is fuck around. 1m 1m80, 65k and i dont know whether to go for a slim fit form or for a more bulked up form.

I prefer slimfit cause i prefer not too spend too much money on food and im good at fasting. Im also a big eater so either way is cool.

Ive got a hometrainer, ive got lots of 10k, 15, 20k dumbells and free weights and ive got a gym membership which i dont use. Yeah, i suck.

I do a simple routine 4 times a week: 1 or 2 sets of 10, 15 reps. Takes me about half an hour. Plus 5 km on the bike.
