Hey /fit/. I have a problem. My bf was a power lifter for at least 7 years and had an injury or two here and there, but most recently, he hasn't been able to lift or work out.

He has gained weight and lost muscle and it really is destroying him. I care a tremendous amount for him and do what I can. I cut out all sugar and gluten and manage to cook whatever he is craving.

But nothing will make him happy besides lifting.

This is a desperate call for help in regards of a diet, routine, or any such advice that you all can give me.

There is no reason to do any other form of cardio. The rowing machine is far superior to any cardio you do.

Well, he's not wrong, though neither are you I guess.

The rowing is fucking awesome though. I thought my legs were fairly strong before I used the rower and it just destroyed my quads.

I plan on getting rhinoplasty sometime either during or after military service?
How will it affect my gains and said early morning cardio. I heard extensive exercises can cause the nose to swell. Also do they take bandages off while you are awake or sleep?

Get a consultation from a real doctor.

Make absolute sure you go to several to see who you like best.

Get a board certified surgeon.

Some surgeons use 3d models to give you an idea as to how you'll look. Some don't.

Regardless of whether or not they do or don't, check out all of their before and after pictures and look at their results.

Revision rhinoplasty's are a thing, but you don't want to end up hating your shit and having to spend MORE money on a procedure that might just fuck you up worse. But there's really good surgeons out there!

Don't get your nose over corrected, otherwise it'll fuck you up and make you look like a retard. You basically just want a slightly better, more refined version of what you have now.

Btw, don't be deterred by horror stories. Most of them are results of one or more of the following: Shitty surgeons, self surgery, third world surgeons, etc.

A board ceritified surgeon who has done literally thousands and thousands of surgeries and has amazing feedback is probably going to do you right.

Alright so I'm pretty new to all of this. I need to know if what I'm doing is alright.

I do cardio for about an hour 5 days out of the week, along with another hour or so at the gym (following Jim Stoppani shortcut to size program).

I've only been at it for about 3 weeks now, and I have some noticeable gains when it comes to lifting.

Breakfast - Single scoop of whey protein
Lunch - Chicken and broccoli with olive oil
Dinner - Chicken broccoli with olive oil and another protein shake (This is always after working out)
Snacks - Fruit, nuts, seaweed
Water intake - little over 3 liters a day

Just turned 18, I'm 5'7 140 pounds

What I'm going for is some decent muscle all around along with some defined abs.

Hey /fit/, long time /v/irgin and /g/entooman here. I am 1.88 cm or 6'2 feet tall and I weigh 114 kg.

My ideal weight is between 80 to 85kg.

I have extensively tried to cut down any form of sugary foods and drinks, but I sometimes relapse and I digest some of it, due to my cravings.

I have decided from today onwards, that I will run 1.73km every other day to lose my weight.

And my question is this: Would I be able to reach or almost get to my ideal weight (80-85) at the start of July month, or am I simply wasting my time?

I can say that my fitness is shattered due to all of the sugar water and foods I've digested over the years, and I've began to see stretch marks on both my arms and stomach.
