Can a Texas Method be altered for Hypertrophy or is it really only designed for strength training?
I just did a lot of reading in Starting Strength and Practical Programming, and in theory, I should be able to use the TM template and just shift the 1RM%s and rep ranges into hypertrophy, and it should be a hypertrophy program, right?
why not do an actual hypertrophy routine instead?

switched from 85% to 90% for my Texas Method volume days.. fuck it was hard. I mean I was in no fear of missing a rep but the last ones were hard.
Is this a good thing? Hoping it pays off. I think my volume days were way too light compared to my intensity. Doing 90% for volume and 80% of that for recovery day

Yeah man a lot of people only train 3 times a week and have great physiques. I can't recommend what you should do each day because I go 6 days a week and work 1 body part a day for around 40 mins
i know my muscle mass won't increase if i'm eating at a deficit, but will my cardiovascular fitness increase as i do it more despite losing weight? like other than the obvious of just being lighter on my feet, will my running/cycling/rowing stamina actually increase or is it the same as the gains?

What does /fit/ think about H(heavy)S(Stretch)P(Pump) Training? It sounds promising but you basically have to do about 16 exercises in your workout, it starts looking like a program for roid users instead of nattys, program made by pic related, however I've seen similair programs in the past

TLDW: It's a full body program that has you do your heavy lifts first, then do lifts that stretch the muscle like dumbell flies, and then as a finisher doing exercises that give you a pump, most of the pump exercises are done with partial reps
anyway, my problem with it is that you have to do ~16 exercises per workout

Do every other day then. Do not do a 5x5 routine everyday. You're not seeing results because you're a month in and you're not sore because you're either not adding weight or not pushing yourself
Keep adding weight and add accessories like dips and pull-ups
