I understand that with TRT it's similar to anxiety medication, where if you tell them you think you need it, they'll probably not give it to you.

Anxiety medication is given to anyone just like depressents are because there's no way to test for it. Testosterone is a simple blood test. "Anxiety" can be to varying degrees and there is no way to determine someone's level of it or if it's present at all.

I would think the best approach is to not mention the TRT at all, just say you suspect you have low T, describe the symnptoms, and ask for the test. Before taking the testosterone test, get shitty sleep, eat shitty--everything you can to artificially lower your test.

I have a brother with body dysmorphia.
He had encephalitis (brain inflamation) as a child. This caused irreparable damage, resulting in severe anxiety and psychotic thinking for the rest of his life.
He taught me that no matter how stupid you think somebody is, they are just slaves to their brains architecture. No reasoning can talk them out of their thinking patterns.
People that roid could simply have a mild case of body dysmorphia, or some other condition that affects perception.
I find it impossible to truly judge and hate people now. I simply view them as a faulty computer. No emotion, no hatred towards them, no anger at their stupidity. Just accepting that their brains are wired up in a way that will ultimately make them sad.

Been moved to Germany for work for half a year so I sold my soul to one of the expensive as fuck gyms nearby.
After three months I have concluded that the Germans follow these rules when in the gym:

>"set" because never do more than one set of anything, or two if its pullups
>always do stupid meme exercises that involve some kind of swinging motion
>if you happen to do a compound exercise, never go beyond 1/3 rom

Try doing a deadlift/sumo off of boxes so it's slightly higher up. If you use leg a lot of leg drive in your deadlift itll actually be harder for you than a normal one because it limits a lot of the drive you get from your legs during the lift.

i fast atleast once a year for 5 to 7 days. the first 2 days are hell if you dont ween into it but after that its smooth sailing you have more energy then ever before and tou lose thw hunger....BUT oncw the hungers comes back you must EAT ir you will starting eating yourself(muscle) hydrate the shit out yourself too curbs hunger
I fast for 24 to 72 hours regularly and it gives me great energy and clarity. I always go to the gym fasted and that is a great boost.
Your body was literally designed to fast for many days a week and to eat food max once a day. Eating 3-4 times a day is the shit that causes most metabolic diseases, that and carbohydrates.
Fasting is a lot easier than people think, it's just a little mind game against cravings, and it makes your metabolism flexible over time.
