Here's why:
- first off, I said SLIGHTLY. Not cottage cheese
- most butts jiggle, but that's when the movement of the body is much greater than this

Cheating thread

Take two pictures 10 seconds apart. How big of a difference does cheating make, and how much do you think it affect young impressionable men when they try to get an idea of how "normal" looks?

I am interested in a woman, who is clearly interested herself. However, she smokes.
My concerns are very formal. I am concerned that by kissing and *both* recieving and giving oral, I could be putting myself at risk. Are these valid concerns?
Second hand smoke does not concern me, as i can work around it. I am 19, she is 21. i casually smoked for a short time but have since quite. She is a regular, but not heavy smoker as far as i know.
Any replies are greatly appreciated, as i have had very little luck researching the matter myself.

I want to get in to skipping rope but my shins/calves get this sharp pain after like four repetitions. How fix?

This may not be relevant to this forum, this is how it is right now before I start bulking up in the near future to get /fit

Today feels like a really good day
And I just want to share my accomplishment, I used to despise myself at my worst, most left picture (260lbs/120kg) more or less
I then got into my mind later that I had to start working out or else I would despise myself for the rest of my life

Middle picture is somewhere in the middle, maybe like 85-90kg/187-198lbs
I started to get a bit more self confidence at that point, and I continued my workout routine and such

The most right picture is how it was a few days ago, I am almost at the goal of 65-68kg/143-198lbs

I know this is nothing too major for people, but I just wanted to share that I feel much more comfortable in my own body and that I can actually enjoy life much more now thanks to it

It was worth all the hard work and dieting I put into this, I have been doing this for almost 2 years, it was tough sometimes, but I have managed it

On a bottom note, I still start bulking up at a later point when I finally reach my goal and gain some firmness into my body again
I mostly lived on protein shakes for a while though when I did most of my weight loss
Two shakes a day/like 600 calories while exercising 1-2 hours a day
