Mom is making me miss my usual workout tomorrow and go to a job fair at a restaurant so I can stop being such a leech. I dont want to go and am nervous but she said she would take away my gym membership if i dont grow up.

She made me buy new dress pants and shirt and shoes. I'm 30 yo and my resume is shit, got fired from literally all my past jobs. I have no restaurant experience. I'm literally going to be shaking and sweating tomorrow.

/fit/ tries to follow facts and data in regards to gaining muscles and we have tripfags who share their knowledge and body pics. How can you even think they're similar in quality?

So I feel like I'm plateauing on my cut. My TDEE is around 1800 cals. I'm 5'2 and 184. First month I cut to around 1600 cals and lost about 9 lbs (originally I was around 195). I work out Monday- Friday, Monday is Arms, Tuesday is core, Wednesday is Legs, Thursday is Conditioning/Circuit and Friday is more of a light day (shooting hoops, etc).

So diet wise i'm trying to keep it 35:35:30 in terms of protein, fat, and carbs (respectively). Every day I try to aim for around 150g of protein, around 30-40g of fat, and around 90-100g of carbs.

My question is in terms of my plateau, is it that I cut too far into my calories, or should I adjust my ratios in terms of macros?

I'm 5'10 and cutting at 1800, working out 5 days days a week, and losing approx. 0.8 kilo per week.

Either you are working out much more than me, or you are eating to much to lose weight.

Calorie In/Calorie out never changes.

I'm planning to join the military in about a year, and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on what kind of workout regimens would best prepare me for that. Right now I am just free lifting every once in awhile, but I plan to start taking this very seriously soon.

Didn't know what board to ask this on so I'm asking you fags since its sorta Heath related.

Like 3 months ago I found an old box of my contacts. I haven't been wearing contacts so I decided that I would try them on to see if the prescription was still good. The contacts themselves were expired a year ago but the prescription itself seemed very close so I left them in for those 3 months. I just took them out and my eyesight seems likes it's gotten x2 worse. I figured it was just because I was used to the contacts but I know I'm seeing much worse than before. Will my eyes go back to normal ?

I was told by someone that humans cant use their body fat as a reserve food source like other animals.

So under eating, lets say only eating 2/3 of recommended calories would lead to muscle loss, not fat loss. Is this true or did the guy have no idea what he was talking about ?
