Why the fuck can't I up my bench? I've been lifting for a few years now, I'm 8 weeks into my first cycle of test e, and I'm bulking like crazy. Yet, I can't seem to add any weight to my fucking bench. It's infuriating. I can rep 255. Please, I would appreciate any routine advice.

It is proven to increase estrogen because of the hormones that are pumped into the cows from birth, causes acne and gyno, and has high fat/cholesterol content to better alternatives out there currently on the market.

Is it possible to max out on processible protein during a meal? Here's what I mean: So each morning I have a protein shake when I wake up, and then I eat a protein rich breakfast. My buddy told me that this is pointless, because my body can't process that much protein in one sitting, and that much of the protein is going to waste. Is there any truth to this?

It's broscience, as long as you hit your daily protein goal it's fine. It's recommended to be spread out though since a bunch of protein at once = awful farts

If you are eating it with milk, replace it with yogurt of kefir and leave it in overnight. That solved my problem. When I ate it with milk it fucking wrecked my stomach too.
This is going to be incredibly embarrassing posting this, but I hope I can get some good recommendations.
I am currently 6'3" and 215 lbs. I have three months before summer classes start (I'm returning to university), and I don't want to look like a nasty blob when I get there.
My diet is atrocious. I eat fast food 1-2x per day, and my snacks are chocolate. All I drink is coca cola or pepsi. 1-1.5 litres per day.
If I manage to clean up my diet and eat healthier foods (not strictly counting calories, but eating healthy), mixed with cardio and some basic weightlifting/bodyweight...would I be able to see some noticeable changes in three months time?
I think what I need to do is gain mass in my shoulders and lose fat EVERYWHERE. My fat deposits are a joke.
What is someone in my situation supposed to do? Cut, bulk, or just eat healthy, work out, and hope for the best? I am not really interested in starting strength and would prefer something else if possible, mixed in with cardio.

I've been doing weighted dips 3 times a week instead of bench press for a while and I think I'm getting more gains this way. The only problem is my right elbow is bothering me a little lately.
So I've got Crohns disease and I'm pretty much a skelly right now. Apparently HGH has shown great results in treating Crohns so I'm going to meet with my specialist to get a prescription.
I've also got mild scoliosis and apparently HGH makes any curve in your back grow more, so I'll have to start wearing a back brace.
Wondering if anyone on /fit/ has much experience with HGH and could tell me what I might be getting into?
