Hey I'm 6ft 2 300lbs. I've been walking 9 miles a day at 3mph. I've also been eating less that 1600 calories. But my weight isn't going down much at all I'm just hovering around 293. What am I doing wrong?

After looking at myself in the mirror i managed to develop slight body dysmorphia so now im no longer objective.
6'3, 194lbs. How do i get thicker arms, i got a legit arm span of 6'7 and my arms always look thin despite being 15.5" flexed. My chest are actually quite decent, the lighting is just shit.

Can somebody explain me, why am I farting so much and so fuckin' smelly while having a "healthy diet"?
My diet is based on chicken breasts, turkey breasts, pasta, rise, groats, yoghurts, veges(mostly carrots, chive, parsley, cabbage, cucumbers and raddish), whole grains baked produtcs, white and yellow cheese(mozarella and gouda) and musli products.
I also do Whey proteins.

so my wife and i cant really go to the gym now since we have a toddler. We can exercise at home once the baby is asleep, so what gear is the bare minimum to get for my wife and i to workout? There is one caveat tho, we live in apartment building on a second floor. so we really cant do fucking deadlifts or rock the floor too much

If you can get a basic rack and barbell with some plates, that's the bare minimum for a good routine.

You can just get dumbbells too but it's not as good.

Hey guys. Second time I make a thread about this. So here is my situation:

>No money for Gym
>Cant go running, no where to do it
>No diet, I usually eat a lot anyways
>132lbs
>Abs visible, not a lot but they are there
>Nice arms
>Not skinny, but not bulky, 5´6´´
>Have no money, so i cant afford any sort of equipment, except a pull up bar that i got for christmass
