Who here is putting poison in their bodies right now?

Besides surgery, how do I get rid of Gyno.

Cut down on bodyfat %
If that doesn't work then get a hold of some letrozole and take 2.5mg a day every day for a couple of weeks (and a week after the gyno finally disappears). You should also get a hold of some suicidal aromatase inhibitors to take for a week or so after you stop the letrozole.
Fair warning though, letrozole crashes your estrogen levels, so you'll feel like shit while you're taking it although it should deal with your bitch tits.

What time do you go bed?

I'm trying to get into bed earlier. I use to smoke weed and stay up till 4am everynight. Now i am trying to get to bed earlier to meet my IF requirements also, and not to smoke weed and get hungry and fuck up my fast

Anyone here do this? I find this is the easiest and most enjoyable way to make progress. I feel it's underrated. It takes the pressure off you of having to go up 5 pounds a session and its way more fun.

This hepburn-like method is great indeed.

But to be honest with you, I do neither of these. I just go, do some high reps warm-ups then try to do as many sets of 3-5 heavy reps as I can, doing at least 24 heavy reps total.

I find that the issue with reddit is that because people are tied to their usernames and have semi-permanent account histories, they can be very unwilling to criticise shit advice in case they get downvoted. so although reddit may give some good advice its drowned out by the sea of shit advice everyone is too afraid to speak out against

I want to prove these dyels wrong and then bully them for making fun about me behind my back, but I think I need to change my workout plan.

I am currently doing lower/upper body split (3 times per week) with 3x8 reps per exercise. I made best experiences before with 5x5 reps for the exercises (regardless of the splits and sessions per week), probably because of the volume. Downside was that every session was always extremely long.
I'd thought about doing 5x5 again, but I am not sure how split and how to keep to workout short (at most around 1h30min), while also making the most possible gains at the same time.
Any suggestions?

Then i again i can't deadlift and don't move any weight, so that might more likely be the reason (Hansi here).
Kind of failed the block pulls today. First set was OK, second a grind and third failure. Measured what i am pulling off, turned out to be more like 3.5cm, stacked another one for like 7cm and finished the last set.
Not really becoming a friend with this lift though.

How's your stuff going? Training was OK despite the tear? Studies?
