So I was thinking about incorporating kidney beans into my daily meals but i really don't want to soak them for 8 hours beforehand if possible.

I'm a former all state football player who gave up several offers to do ROTC in college, hated it, quit my junior year, and switched my major to engineering. been at college for six years now, finally a senior but I just cannot stop drinking. I still lift, am what you would call /thicc/ and am joining my school's powerlifting team next semester.
I go to the convenience store three times a day and buy two coors light tall boys. when I am not at least a little bit buzzed I get the shakes and terrible anxiety. Still relatively functional though. I really want to quit, but every time i'm sober I can't think straight, get the shakes, and have a panic attack. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

My gains goblin is Diet Mtn Dew. I drink at least a 2 litre a day. While it's not too harmful, it is definitely a problem. I've tried quitting but it doesn't feel any different and I start drinking it again because it's so refreshing.

Take it from someone who has done it (cut to get abs at all costs), just bulk and lift 3 or 4 years before even thinking about abs.
The problem is tou have not much muscle to burn cals with, so you need to go very low food intake in order to keep losing fat. You will go auschwitz, you will feel like shit, you will give yourself low test.
I got shredded as fuck at like 65kg, 6ft. Looked great, felt like shit. Like actually depressed. Not worth it. Just focus on getting big and strong. Abs will be easier later

So some Chad in the gym is mad at me for hogging the bench for too long,he was giving me shit infront of my face with his buddies which brought out my autism and I shot back,we almost went at it until his two friends held him back along while another dude got in between us, he then told me that if he ever saw me at the gym again that he'd fuck me up big time,I just continued on with my routine while he did his while clearly talking shit about me to his buddies.
We almost went at it again when I made a remark about how skinny his legs were and how they looked like straws which made him drop the dumbbells he was using and he went over to me and pushed me while shouting how he was going to kill me,I kicked him back which made him lose his balance abit and pissed him somemore. We had to be seperated again but by then I already finished.

Should I incorporate nuts into my diet? More specifically cashew nuts? I've been making a change to include more vegetables into my meals(like boiled broccoli and green beans), and eat a slightly smaller plate than what I was used too(I ate quite a lot). Since my parents don't buy fruit as much(except for maybe the occasional bananna) I was thinking if I can use cashews as an alternative. I'm also trying to lose fat with this diet and running for 30 minutes every day.
