I warmed up how the sticky says to for the first time tonight and it literally doubled my time at the gym. But i was doing 2.5-3 minute rests between all sets.

Is there a cheap alternative to these? They're $90 for a chunk of a wood. I need them because my plates are short. I currently use a pair of 35's, but it's a bitch because I have to land it right back down in the 2" hole.

I did that on my off season for wrestling because i fucked up my shoulder, and my legs became massive and rock hard considering how old i was. I shot up from squatting 225 to 315 in about 2 weeks.

Only problem is I can't lift Wednesday Saturday or Sunday because of work and when the gym is closed. So I only have those 4 days to lift which means I will have to lift back to back at least once.

Thoughts on pre-workouts? I used to use Optimum Amino Energy on and off, and I did notice the effect and increased beastmode in the gym, but it had a crash later (minor problem) and also caused some temporary ED "stim dick" problems, which went away when not using it. However now, I've been trying Optimum Gold Standard Preworkout, and I don't know what kind of weird black magic voodoo they put in it, but something in there is not reacting well with me. Any ones that you all recommend, or do you avoid entirely?

Overall its not that bad though. They never have told me to stop deadlifting, the squat racks are always open, and it has dumbbells that go up to 90 lbs. Also 10$ a month.

Honestly, the only downside is the lack of a proper bench. I don't know if this PF is cheap, but I've never gone there and seen them giving away pizza or tootsie rolls either. I once asked one of the guys at the front desk about it and he laughed and said "Who wants to eat greasy pizza right after a workout?!". Funnily enough, this PF is literally 2 buildings down from a Pizza Hut.

Do a SS, PHUL or PPL routine something that increases strength. If your fat I recommend keto and intermittent fasting. Pick up a few books on nutrition. Learn good form on squat, deadlift and Bench (these gonna be the main 3). Stick to a routine don't jump the shark everytime. And don't just be a curlbro.

I started going to the gym after a break up but it didn't fix anything and I quit after 9 months I only started lifting again last June.

That's my fitness advice for you. Don't trust Brosplits at all.

Anger is good motivation sure but it's not enough to keep you going to the gym and such. Make it a habit. Discipline over motivation.

Time will heal the wounds my ex is married now but I have a new gf and we are living together.

Sure I never got revenge really but after enough time it just goes away and you don't give a shit.

Took me almost 3 years to recover. You prob will have some shit relationships in between or some pump and dumps but don't let it bother you.

I'm currently on my first Dbol only. Got some pink thai and some PRO-labs 20mg. I'm currently doing 30mg ed and I've got Nolva and Clomid as pct.

I'm starting to get puffy nipples but because I always had puffy nipples I don't think it's gyno but just to be safe I'm going to take Clomid 50mg for 2-3 weeks and see if it get's any better. I only have enough nolva for the pct so I would rather save that for the pct instead of having to order more.

Anyone here that got REAL facts about clomid against gyno? I've read a lot of statements from doctors and etc and also a lot of stupid shit from people on steroidforums saying Clomid is pure estrogen that will give more gyno.
