Would a 2 week TM work with Bill Starrs OHP program? So something like

Week1
Monday
>squat 5x5
>OHP 6x3
>clean pull/RDL
>weighted dips

Wednesday
>front squat 3x3
>OHP 6x3
>chins
>weighted dips

Friday
>squat 1x5 PR
>OHP 6x3
>deadlift 3x3 (or something like that, not PR weights)

Week 2
All same except

Idea is to not shit myself with every lift on Friday, but still do some reps so muscles don't atrophy or anything

Please be warned that there are some chronic idiots who post in this general giving horrible advice to troll or to reassure their extremist autism works for themselves, don't bother, always remember calorie intake, if it is lesser than how many calories your body burns you ll be fine.
And remember, if you are a loser when fat you ll still be a loser if you are thin, your weight isn't the problem.

does anybody know why i might have low energy? i get a min of 8 hours per day i drink a min of 200 mg of caffeine per day and i just never have energy i feel sleepy all the time when i was 16 i use to have heaps im 23 now...

I lived in a shit apartment with street lamps right outside the window and the landlord wouldn't let me put curtains in so I had to use his shit blinds. My sleep was terrible quality. Moved to a new place with super dark bedroom and slept 10x better, same bed and mattress.

How much sugar is too much sugar?

Google says this

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

What is wrong with me

Yesterday I ate some red meat, for the past 2 years my diet has been shit and I ate meat maybe 6 times..

Aniway afterwards maybe 1 hour I start getting very horny, decide to touch my dick.

My dick was fuller and was 1 inch longer.

Also today I wake up with morning wood (something that stopped happebing in my late teens, im 20.)and I feel more agressive.
