I have realised that if i dont quit all forms of video games, i will never truily make it.
I dont know how many of you guys play video games, but if some of you do i think that you need to realise that.
I have went without any video games for a few months several times and my quality of life improved significantly. And every time i get hooked up again and i turn into a worthless idiot.

I love how he wants to kill fatties but made a restaurant serving moderately healthy foods. Stawberries and cream is good. I've gone through like 22 lbs of it. Mocha is pretty decent as well. I fucking hated cookies and cream. Disgustingly sweet. Most other people hate it too.

With almond milk I'm not sure.
But my favorite flavors are Strawberry Cream and Mocha. Latte and Mocha would probably be best in milk though. Another one people like is Chocolate Mint, it does taste like those Girlscout thin mints.

How should I approach fixing my back since it's been ruined by sitting for years, inactive and neglected. I started training, but I feel my back is affecting my workouts because I have hard time taking deep breaths. All advice is appreciated.

How to cut, fit? I've started counting calories and trying to get 250 or 500 calories deficit, but I think I might be overestimating how many calories I'm eating, so I end up eating way less than I should and end up in a starvation state. I've gained like 2 pounds since I started dieting. Any tips you have to get shredded would be welcome.

I make enough money that I can effectively spend whatever I want on food.

My diet is far from great and I want to clean it up, but most of the advice I've seen here is aimed at college students and other people on tight budgets.

I already have basic stuff down like only drinking water, cutting out sweets, and avoiding carbs.

I'm looking for specific things like higher quality meats / fish / veggies, as well well as what places are actually worth it (i.e. Whole Foods / Trader Joe's).

Basically I want the healthiest, tastiest diet money can buy. Bonus if it involves less prep work, but not necessary.

Please be warned that there are some chronic idiots who post in this general giving horrible advice to troll or to reassure their extremist autism works for themselves, don't bother, always remember calorie intake, if it is lesser than how many calories your body burns you ll be fine.

I went to the all you can eat sushi buffet yesterday and stuffed my face. Lots of fried, reasy, fatty food, and of course sushi. Ended the meal with sweet buns and icecream.
That's probably 5000 calories in one meal, and I usually eat 1500-1600 a day.
