Also how do you get good horizontal angles when recording yourself at the gym? Camera was on a bench but it's still a shitty angle

I say just prop your phone up so that it is upright and distanced about 6 - 8 feet away. It doesn't have to be level to you hips just far out enough to see your full body.

I normally put mine next to some barbell row platform and still get a good angle for my form checking.

Walk 2 miles a day.

But you should really be weightlifting. Adding power to your leg muscles does more for endurance and speed than a treadmill.

The only cardiovascular gym exercise I'd endorse would be jump rope. It's an amazingly intense and complete workout.

This is fucking impossible to be comfortable. Unless you wear some very thin material or compression pants it always pulls the pants from my ass or shows my ankles

i literally did that 2 days ago after pr because my shins were scrapped from ankles to thighs
i was afraid of getting aids all over my legs

my left hand hurts from gripping bar and even removing calluses with that sandpaper thing doesnt help alot anymore.

hes much more defined, just look at his core.
Hes probably tall, so obviousky thete would be bigger visual difference in 30lbs for 5'7 guy versus 6'2

My gym has on old lady and she's absolutely based.

So drinking a GALLON of milk a day just means you're fucking up your diet by being too lazy to eat your calories, or you're roiding and trying to gain weight.

Drinking it in moderation to fill up your macros is fine.

I know we've had this thread tons of times before, but are psilocybin mushrooms /fit/ approved?

I consumed about 3.5 grams yesterday and it was the most fun I've ever had. I came down after about 4 hours and I felt perfectly fine, sober enough to do homework or maybe even go to the gym. I felt absolutely no negative effects today, I was just in a great mood.

How often can I do mushrooms without it affecting my mental and physical well being? The only negative physical effects I experienced were minor nausea and a suppressed appetite.

I'd advise you to space out trips. I did mushrooms and LSD a handful of times over the last 4 years and now I deal with mild visual snow. It's like very feint, tiny pinpricks of static in your vision. Easy to ignore, but once you start focusing on it you can't stop. Computer screens and single color walls can be hard to deal with on certain days.

I also get a light show inside by eyelids every night when I'm trying to go to sleep. It's pretty distracting.

My problem was when I had stuff I'd burn through it pretty fast. It'd be like a 2 month period of tripping every 2 weeks or so, followed by a cool off of a few months or so.

Honestly psys aren't something you need to use more than once or twice a year. The prospect of another trip, of going back into that headspace, can get you real excited, and it's easy to focus on the short term and just jump from trip to trip. But after a while you realize it's kinda the same shit over and over again. These days I'd honestly prefer to watch a movie and drink a few beers over tripping.

I recently switched to a 4k calorie diet. I did gain some weight but my caloric intake dropped again, and I haven't gotten my weight in about two months now. I know it'll be disappointing so :/
