It's been a long day for Chad. He's woken up hungover after having a wild orgy with 4 other JBs. He knows he consumes what he likes, and remains shredded all year round. Because after all, he grew up on a farm drinking raw milk, making him robust and setting him up for life. It's been 5 minutes and he's already been approached by several HQNP women while mogging every male in the vicinity. One incel attempted to take his picture to post online but Chad sensed this and shot him a piercing glace causing him to norwood on the spot.

Do you really need breakfast?

I'm trying to lose like 15 pounds. My brothers are all skinny AF and that's because they are basement dwellers that go for hours in their room without eating.

I on the other hand think about food all the time, and this is because I used to have an ED. I had it grilled into my head basically that if I skip meals, I can die. Objectively I know this is bullshit, but I've been so brainwashed I feel terrible if I skip a meal.

Lately I've stopped eating breakfast because I can go a while without eating in the morning, and while I don't feel bad, I feel like it's bad for me. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to keep up with this, but it's an easy way for me to cut a significant amount of calories from my diet.

/fit/ help me get straightened about all this please.

how is it hard to count throughout the day? if you go to school/work you can make food in advance and weight it at home and you'll know exactly how much you've eaten.

Same for me, I started incorporating some jump rope after I hurt my meniscus recently. Plus long steady state cardio is shit.
Sometimes I do jump rope in between sets, e.g. cable flyes and intense jump rope instead of resting.
Also, working on double unders is cool and improves your coordination.
Something I can also recommend is doing different "patterns" with single/double unders, e.g. 3 singles followed by 1 double, and repeat. Great for coordination!

I successfully did my first double under today!

I've only been practising for 15 minutes total, ever, so i'm pretty proud of it.
So psyched to get good at this, and I wish I could go on, but my calves are still burning from yesterday.

Can't seem to get alternating leg to work just yet, but I'm probably rushing it as it is

Started using dumbbells yesterday. I don't know how much they weigh as they were my granddads. But how do I know they're working my bicep? I can't really feel it. It feels like it's mostly working my forearm. Is this normal or are they too heavy and that's why? After yesterday though my biceps are hurting which is a good sign I guess

I can't because the ceiling over my power rack is too high for pressing. I have to walk the bar out and and do a 90 degree turn walk backwards 2 feet. It's no fun when you push press without resting the bar on you; learning to clean at the moment, but at least my forearms are juicy as faurk and look twice as big as my biceps and triceps.

I do push-ups, pistols, and sit-ups ever other day. I do three sets, with as many reps as I can manage until I drop from exhaustion. Will this get me anywhere at all?
