Why do I blackout when I drink?

Only reason I ask is that I used to have like 15 drinks in night and was fully functional and could remember everything.
Last night I had 8 or 9 drinks, and I blacked out much of the night.

The more times you black out the more susceptible your body becomes to black outs, I use to drink half a litre of vodka and half a 30 rack and now I can barely get past 10 beers without blacking out. It's a self defense mechanism in your brain to preserve your life.

Hitting your protein macros? getting enough sleep to let your body rebuild? doing a program that lets your body rebuild? Change up your sets. Switch to Sets x 3 and aim for a slightly higher working weight. If you can do 5 of a set at 135 you can do 145 for 3 or so. Work up to 145 x 5 and repeat.

Yes, I squat and deadlift. If I go beyond 135 on either of them I can't do full, proper reps. I end up overworking my lower back on DL and not getting low enough/parallel on squats. I can't even do more than a few reps of 135 bench before complete failure.
My diet is probably the problem. I eat mostly meat, nuts, fruit, and rice, but whenever I try and count macros and shit I get all freaked out. I am not a skelly, I am a weak skinny-fat that is now approaching normal fat because working out has made me hungrier

What's the longest you've been able to eat the same thing everyday? I'm making a meal plan where I'll pretty much be having the same shit for breakfast & lunch everyday, while dinners will be more varied. I'm worried that I won't be able to stick to this for the 3-4 months that I want to because I'll get bored of eating Oats/Greek Yogurt & Nuts every day.

I've had the same breakfast (oats/milk + apple + strawberries + protein yoghurt) for about 8 months now. It's the meal I most look forward to as well. I can't eat the meal two days in a row for dinner but I do eat the same thing on each day of the week (e.g. monday spaghetti bolognese, tuesday paella etc), been doing that for about three months. Getting bored though.
