Help me /fit/ I have had a sharp pain in the my right forearm whenever I try to curl for the past 3 days.

I think I hurt it when this black guy was talking shit to me at the gym and told me I couldn't preacher curl 100lbs for 10 reps and then proceeded to curl it for 10 reps to shut him up.

What can I do so it doesn't hurt anymore?

I went to the gym 2 times a day ,7 days a week during my first cycle and nothing bad came out of it.
That's what roids are for, shorter protein synthesis span and faster regeneration.
Lift eat sleep repeat.

Kinda the same problem.

Been lifting for 4 months and can't seem to progress my squat. Just squat. Diddy, BP and OHP are fine.

My stats:

BP 30kg 5x5
OHP 30kg 5x5
Diddy 90kg 5x5
Squat 60kg 3x5

2 months in and I've already hit a plateau.

Are gym parks worth anything or are they just for old people and women? Being inside a gym in the middle of summer sucks. Also I'm not trying to become super buff or anything I just want to stay in shape.

Im dead serious the happend to me, cut me to the core. How much longer do I need to force feed myself untill im not disgustingly skinny anymore? I though I was starting to look better :/

Also im 6,2 how do I make it so my mussles grow out more instead of along? I kinda have long arms.

How many WWE fighters would it take to take down an adult male hippo (no weapons). Because of the weight difference I would start with big athletes (Big Show, Mark Henry, The Undertaker) but I think they would need a few more from all weight classes.

A few 400 pounders to hold the hippo down and then it would take at least three hard hitters to knock it out. Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton and Golberg would be good choices. Then of course you would need a powerful finishing move, maybe Chris Jericho with the Liontamer.

Overall I think it would be at least 8 needed, maybe even up to 12. Does that sound about right? What about with UFC fighters?
