I need to lose at least 50 pounds. I want to burn as many calories as possible. Should I take a protein supplement after lifting still?

Intermittent fasting actially works great. I eat at a 600 surplus and maintain 11% bf while gaining strength and muscle. So the weight evens out. I started my fat ass friend on a similar diet but at an 800 deficit. Hes losing over a pound per week. Would recommend. You can ask questions if you dont know what I'm talking about.

I'm eating more than 1500 kcal a day and eat oats and fruit instead of pastries or sugary cereal for breakfast, whole wheat instead of white pasta, lots of bean, corn and mince casseroles, huge spinach, cabbage and tomato salads for dinner and I guess I eat relatively little fatty stuff like pizza, chips etc. Also pretty much zero sodas, alcohol, milk etc.

I shower in the morning and after lifting, so 1-2 times, 7 days a week. Is this too much? Will it fuck up my skin? Skin is fucking crucial for aesthetics.
