How the fuck do I build calves and forearms? I've been squating 80kg and do 15x4 sets of calf raises but no results and forearms, particulary around the wrists are bitchy as fuck. I look like a sweet potato with toothpicks for limbs.

Nearly all TDEE calculators use the same formula so it doesn't really matter which one you use.
The problem is that weightlifting doesn't burn calories as much as most forms of cardio, and even then it's reliant on what muscle you're working out, how many reps you do, etc.

If your only way of exercising is weightlifting, you should always just calculate your sedentary TDEE, and then add 100-200 calories on top of that and that's probably going to be about right.

I just started going to the gym and I can't bench press for shit and I didn't want my friend to spot me, so I ended up going by myself, with 10 lbs on each side.

I lifted it twice, and next thing you know on the 3rd rep, it fell on me and I couldn't lift it back up. So this big tough muscular-'roid up guy comes and gets the bar off me with one hand. Everyone in the gym were staring and laughing at me(fml). I'm done lifting.

Yo /fit/ where mah cutting bros at? Looking for some new ideas for meals purely for cutting. post them recipes, meal plans, etc.

Just starting cutting about a week ago, new to the gym so I'm trying to get rid of a beer belly I got from shit choices of diet (soda and junk shit). 24 yr, 5'8 180lbs (18-22% bodyfat?) calorie intake is around 1300-1700, macro setup (80g protein/50g net carbs/70g fat).

Been free from soda and junk shit for about two weeks, keeping sugar intake low.

How much is legit? I heard it was around 0.6g to 1lb of body weight, so like 120-130g? so far I've been using protein powder after workouts (33g per 2 scoops). depends on what I eat that day but I can go for more scoops, but if i get a shit ton from chicken or other sources of course i'll cut down on dat powder.

it's hard cause some times i think about her, and since we dated for a long time the nostalgia value is high. But she was really shitty with some things after we broke up. So i try to stay strong. Also the attention feels nice, but since i have a nice gf now i dont want to ruin it over her idiocy.

Yeah, since you're basically there for the most part, you have to be on-point with a consistent healthy diet of mostly protein, and no sugar or salt in excess, and keep this up for weeks, and you will eventually trim that last little layer of fat
