I've been experimenting with doing a low-carb high-fat diet for the past month or so, and I must say the fat's been melting. The internet is full of advice that contradicts itself regarding refeed days and the type of exercises you're "allowed" to do.
Personally, I just eat normally on my "cheat" day which is Saturday, and low carb the rest of the week.
What's been you guys' experience with keto-related diets? Are refeed days necessary? Should you confine the types of exercises you do while on a low carb diet? Any interesting side effects you've noticed?

The day I decided to get /fit/ though it was like a switch turned off in my head. Never had sweets or junk food again, never thought about them either.

Hello /Fit/ i dont come here usually, but i really need your help on this one. For the last year ive been working at the gym and dieting pretty well. Ive lost about 20kgs and am feeling really good, i still have a little way to go, lthough i can never seem to lose the moobs. Im not overly worried about my stomach/arms. Its just that the Moobs are a real confidence killer, and ive got a formal/prom coming up in the next few months and id like to know what is THE quickest way to lose them. The chick im going with is Fit as fuck and id rather not get played up for having a bigger rack than her.

I've done 4 cycles before and last time was the middle of winter and by this point my car AC was at max and all windows open in the middle of the night.
