OP if you can get a pullup bar and dumbbells I would use p90x. It gives you a decent base for a body if you want to pursue fitness or just general weightlifting. These internet nerds who probably don't even lift do not value muscle endurance and get gassed out walking up stairs. Not everything is SS+GOMAD. Both programs are a step up from doing nothing. You can transition easier off P90x to compounds eventually if you choose to go that path.
How do I properly deal with hair? I'm a fucking bear and shaving and plucking does not work for me. It just grows back in a day and I have my full body with excess hair. I usually just trim except for my legs but this is annoying as fuck. It is always a few hr ordeal to deal with it and I'm just tired of it. Anyone got a sure fire solution? I just want at least some areas like arms or butt to not have hair.
trim it down then use epilator, not only does it pull out the whole hair but when it grow back it will be soft and thinner top and not the thicker and rougher bottom like when you shave
or just get laser hair removal for a few grand

I will demonstrate the difference between 20s for a guy and 20s for a girl: One of my female coworkers is the same age as me. She is super skinny, I am super skinny. My face is a 6, her face is a 4. I am not even attracted to her, and she is not even my type. if she asked me to fuck, I wouldn't say no, considering I don't get anything more than 3/10s showing interest in me, she is a 4 so I wouldn't say no. She has a boyfriend with a 4/10 face, and he is skinny too, but less skinny than me. He is "normal" skinny while I am "super" skinny. im kinda new at lifting and ive been doing full body every other day for about 2 months now and honestly, im starting to hate it.
i dont feel sore in my muscles after working out anymore, and i cant add more to my program because its allready a lot to do.
so i was thinking about splitting it up in 3 days. ill hit every muscle twice a week, but much harder. and with full body every other day i only hit em 3 times a week anyways.
i just want to have more focus while working out.
what do you guys think?.
