Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

So I've been stalling out at 275x4 squats, at parallel, for the past few weeks. No biggie, but it's been stressing me out. After a failed deload->reload attempt, my gym bro suggested I deload (as far down as 2 plates if needed) and do working sets ATG instead of parallel. I've been doing this, and I had to go down to 205 just to push up a decent set from working so low. I also had another person (and /fit/ memeing) that ATG all the time is harder on the knees, and unnecessary if you aren't powerlifting or competing.

My question is, is ATG squatting worthwhile, or should I just be going to parallel like I've been doing?

Not really necessary unless you're a competition lifter. Slightly below parallel is gonna give you the results you need.

turbomanlet here. Most girls are taller than me, in heels they tower over me (and they will always be in heels in clubs/bars/whatever). Was fat manlet, now fit manlet. Literally 0 difference in how people see me, still get confused as a little kid, now more so because I'm skinnier.

Are protein shakes mixed with water mega horrible or hyper horrible?

I only used them with milk but recently I discovered milk causes me headaches so I removed it from my diet and now I feel fucking fantastic.

What are some good exercises to stretch the torso? I think sitting down for too long coupled with emphasising OHP and deads in my routine has genuinely pushed down my torso.

What are the best bodyweight routines? Preferably ones without weights or bands. I'm not really sure what direction to go in now that I don't have a gym membership. What's the most homoerotic lift/exercise? Anything with free weights, barbells, machines is fair game. Bonus points if you've actually seen it performed.

Here's mine: yesterday I saw a guy doing kneeling pull downs. Pretty gay on their own, he took it a step further and instead of coming all the way up he would just bob up and down about 4 inches.
