It would probably be fine if you do that but you won't be able to sustain that for long. Why lat pulldowns after rows? Also novices don't need shrugs, heavy deadlifts should be enough for traps and forearms (but I doubt wrist curls would affect recovery that much so it's fine). Your program is now more similar to icf 5x5 so consider that if you want. But instead of doing 5x5, do 3x5 on the main lifts. (You can research about that on Google).
Hi /fit/, recently i have been doing lateral raises/rear delt flyes while i watch anime. I watch anime everyday for 40-60minutes. This means that everyday I exhaust my delts along with my normal mon wed fri routine (just weighted pullups and dips slowly increasing weight).
Around the same time i started doing this, however, I've noticed I always wake up in the middle of the night wide awake. I've read somewhere that overtraining causes this but im not sure if its true. Can any of you confirm this?
My normal training routine hasnt been affected at all (i was able to increase my reps and weight as planned).
