This week I'm probably done with bulking, current stats:
squat: 90kg
bench: 85kg
ohp: 25kg
deadlift: 70kg

sup. /fit/ helped me lose about 100lbs a few years ago. due to a moderately successful bulk + health + work stress + surgery, i gained like 20lbs more back than i wanted to. gf also wants to lose "the last 5."

started dnp a few days ago and cooked off 3 pounds.

looking for stories, motivation, scorn, and especially before/after pics. especially of women, because there are a shortage of those on the internet and my gf could use the "thinspo."

My target bodyweight is 165 lbs and my target calories is 1800. Is it really feasible to hit 165g of protein with that calorie limit?

How long should cut/bulk cycles be? Bulking was easy because it was just gaining strength/mass + eating a lot, but how do I preserve my bulk gains while cutting? Do I eat more protein and do strength range reps or should I train for hypertrophy?

Does anyone know where to get dmaa in bulk? I would like to buy a good amount before it is banned.

Btw if you haven't tried a dmaa pre workout, you are missing out. I take a scoop and a quarter of mesomorph (the best pre out there imo) with 25mg of ephedrine sulfate before I lift and I feel like a demigod every time... and yes I have a ridiculous tolerance to stims. ^o^
