Most of the concern and issues I hear about people doing cycles young is that their HPTA is not fully matured. My growth plates already closed several years ago and I have hair all over my body and face. I have been lifting for about a year and a half now but have been involved in sports and athletic training nearly my entire life. My main goal for this cycle is putting on strength and size for baseball. I am currently 185lbs @ 6'2". I have a full cycle and PCT laid out in advance. I have gotten my bloods checked and had them looked through by reddit tards.
My PCT will be Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20
and Clomid 100/100/50/50
The only times that young kids (18-21) run into problems with juicing is because they're messing with multiple compounds, they don't do a proper PCT, or they have no game plan before approaching steroids.

No but seriously, post workout soreness gets way less severe as time goes on. Within a few workouts it will be mild. Within a few weeks, it'll only last a week. Within a few months it basically doesn't happen baring something way out of the ordinary like doing really high rep work when you're used to low reps or something.

I'm in pretty poor shape but I've started lifting consistently for the first time in my life and I'm very optimistic about the future. While reading about what activities I should partake in to improve my health running always comes up with it's seemingly infinte benefits to both body and mind, what about cycling though? Is it on par with running?
I feel like running might be boring enough for me to give up early, while I've always enjoyed a good bike ride.
I'm Dutch, so not a sports cyclist, I just use it as my main form of transport. In my experience it is way more enjoyable, less of a strain on your joints, and easier to get into. Plus you get pretty strong legs from it.

What's your max dumbell curl and how do you guys get bigger biceps? My biceps are the hardest muscle for me to grow and I want those big biceps

Idk I don't 1rm on bicep work but I use 45 for reps so somewhere above there id imagine
As for getting bigger biceps, drop the weight and shoot for like 12 reps or higher making sure you go all the way down to your sides, do that for like 4 or 5 sets
Light weight high reps. 5 sets of 10-15 using 25s for you sounds about right.
I don't use dumbells to curl because I can't get a pump using them.
I get a massive fucking pump doing bicep curls on a cable station, so I just do that. I can do 100lbs x 10-12 or so.
