Hey /fit/ I've just started working out. I've done a lot of exercises for the normal stuff (abs, pecs, biceps, etc.) But none for forearms. What are the best workouts to get them, and more specifically, what can I do at home (no equipment)?

Depends on the time frame. It's absolutely achievable natty though. Average delts and traps. A little on the lean side but still within normal range. Not vascular at all despite being that lean. Not that big either aside from his arms but chalk it up to Indian curlbro strats.

What's the point of lifting when it's all about face? Cardio is healthy but lifting kills your joints and you can get a 10/10 without touching a weight

You have to do it every day for it to be effective

There are many different forms of mediation and self awareness

One of the first steps I think is waking up earlier everyday and getting a start on your life and mediating first thing in the morning and plan out your short/long term goals

Don't listen to >>41675861, this is definitely /fit/ related. Better awareness will help you create better mind muscle connection/develop better proprioception. Lifting will give you a strong, aesthetic body. Meditation will give you a strong, aesthetic mind. >>41675889 is right, you have to do it every day for it to be effective. Even 10-15min a day for 30 days will make a difference.

For intro to meditation, I recommend Actualized.org videos. Leo will help you get started.
