Fit bros, why do I look like a cancer patient?

My body is fit, BMI is a healthy 23, which is actually like a couple pounds overweight. My body is actually a bit of skinnyfat.

Why do I look so bad? I have enough sleep. My weight is a couple pounds over the normal.

Then learn it. We all started somewhere. Cooking really is not difficult, and I couldnt cook jack shit when I moved out with 18. It takes practice, but it will get better quickly until it becomes fun. Then you eat cheaper, better and healthier.

Reminder to always scout out a new gym THOROUGHLY before joining.

>Did the tour before hand, the place was alright, better than my old gym in terms of space
>Go for my first day there, had a decent work out, noticed that there weren't many dumbbells but the place wasn't busy today and wasn't busy on my tour so I figured it wouldn't be a problem

Hey /fit/, I need to lose at least 7 kilos (15 lb) until the end of the month. What exercise should I focus on and what diet to follow?

Extra info: I'm 19 yo, 238 lb, no idea about bf but I guess it's not too far up because I don't really look like 238 lb. 6ft tall. Already going to a gym and MMA training. Plus, it's fucking hot outside.

Is it worth it lads?

>Wheel Chair for about 3 months
>Start walking again with crutches after 3 months

One could go from 5'8" to 5'10-5'11. Still within manlet area but the amount of girls you can make happy in a relationship is insanely lifted

Height is afterall the most important first thing for women.

Lift more weight. For growth, lift it more times. Don't lift everyday, rest is when the muscle grows. Are you getting enough protein? Are you neglecting other lifts to curl? What kind of curls are you doing? Are you asian or Indian?

Stimulants definitely can but it varies a lot from person to person. Even a little bit of coke (sometimes even caffeine) will fuck my sleep completely for that night and make me feel like shit if I take it after like 6pm. They can also be highly addictive and unhealthy and can lead to psychotic breakdowns though that's extremely rare. Stick to weed, moderate alcohol use and occasional psychedelics like mdma/acid/shrooms if you can handle them.

I take Adderall XR and it's a mixed bag. On the one hand, I definitely find it easier to push myself on stims as opposed to off them, but it can be hard to make my macros sometimes. I'm not like a lot of people who have almost no appetite at all on them, but it has an effect and I end up having to eat really slowly.

I cannot for the life of me get bench form perfectly. I know all the tips and stuff, retracting scapula, arching back etc and I try to do these things and as far as I know I do. Even so, anytime I get remotely heavy my rotator cuffs in my shoulder feel uncomfortable. Can anyone help?
