I saw a chinese woman who lives nearby doing some garden work, she was squatting down atg with her feet together and heels on the ground and she was not having any trouble at all.

I'm thinking about using a tanning bed for a few times before i go to the beach. I'm pretty pale atm and i don't wanna instantly burn when i'm on vacation. Is it okay if i sit in the tanning bed for 5 minutes a few days a week?

seriously how the fuck, stop wasting your time and actually EAT a GoOD protein and vit/min rich diet (i.e. learn to cook) then take a beginner program as your advance is ridicolous and obv your basics are fucked I suggest the 5x5 because its hella easy thwre's another one thts also good can also use thta but i forgot name.

either way fucking eat and dont do more then 10 min of cardio b4 training (no cardio after however do fucking stretch)

1/2/3/4 is intermediate. It's the minimum amount to be accepted as 'actually lifts' territory, since you can't waltz into a gym and do those numbers right off the bat, unless you are klokov.

Assuming you are average height.

1xBW OHP
1.5x BW Bench
2x BW squat
3x BW deadlift

That puts you way above most gym goers at least and you will look good.

Sorry you had to see this, but how the fuck do I increase the size of this part??

It's actually the main reason for my bulkin. My legs were anorectic tier and especially THIS PART, it just won't increase!

Is this just genetics? Like the short/long bicep inserts? Or will it eventually get bigger if I keep at it? (Never exercised my legs before, am 40yo).
