Hey /fit/

Im in a little bit of doubt, and i have a tendance to be worried about shit, so could you help me out?

I have over the last oupæe of months experianced
>increased tiredness/fatigue
>increased hunger
>got a yeast infection on my dick a month ago

I am currently feeling this weird combimation of hunger and nausea

Im not overweight, i eat healthy, work out 3-4 times a week.

I have allergies abd take medicatiin, which i asumed the tiredness came from.

Any help and advice would be apreiated.

Good exercise regimen for an 8 year old? My son is super interested in working out but obviously I can't toss him on SS just yet. Obviously he does the normal kid stuff like riding bike and playing outside, but he seems to have his eye set on being a sick cunt.

Why do I constantly see this?
I've been told that's retarded and that you should always keep you feet firmly on the ground. Many sources confirms this too.
Yet I constantly see people raising their legs whilst flat benching. And they don't seem "novice", yesterday there was this guy benching lmao2pl8s x 12 next to me, and his legs where like this. And I see more and more people benching like this, IRL and on the Internet. Sometimes they say that "they just deadlifted and they want to give their back a break", sometimes that "it works the core" (?), sometimes that "it will isolate chest more" (?)
On youtube there's plenty of results for "bench press feet up"

I keep getting bigger but I want to get lean and shredded. I keep doing normal strength training with high weights and low reps. I heard cardio makes you lose gainz so ... nope (also I hate that shit). I thought the shred look would come from alone after a lot of sessions but I only keep getting bigger and the most fucked up in this all is that I eat less then I burn during the day.
