So, I went to a planet fitness for the first time over the weekend with some family while traveling. Never been to one before and the family said they loved the place. Since they are very new to working out they did not know any better. I get in and look for squat racks, bench presses or deadlift stations and to my amazement they have none. This is warning sign 1, 2 and 3 for me and enough to completely discredit the place. We continue on and in no time I get hit with the "Lunk Alarm". I never heard of such a thing. I thought it was a fire or tornado drill. I then get lectured about this place being non-judgemental and gymtimidation. I begin to tell the workers and patrons they they are a bunch of faggots and should be imbarrassed. The "Lunk Alarm".... How did we come to this /fit/???

I'm getting all 4 teeth removed tomorrow but I can't eat anything today, how will I hit my macros? How soon can I workout? I think I'll just take 2 scoops of protein shakes since I won't be able to eat. Any help?

Getting a proper operation then?

I had 3 removed at once. Just had local anaesthetic, took like 30 minutes. Worst part is the awful smelling and tasting packing they shove in. I actually swallowed some of mine when having water. Disgusting.

Mind you, mine were fully emerged and straight; they were just super tight and causing problems (infections due to not being able to brush properly, constantly cutting into the sides of my cheeks, etc).

Once you run out of drugs you can dtart working out again. Eating solids probably a bit longer though. I chugged many proton shakes and ate many soft pastas.

on which exercise do you feel the strongest mind-muscle connection, and on which the least?

for me the strongest is lat pulldowns with strict form, and the weakest is flat barbell bench. i'm obviously working chest with it because it keeps growing and getting stronger, i just don't feel it much.
