Currently doing intermittent fasting. My eating window is from 3pm to 9pm. I want to start yohimbine. Problem is I workout in the morning at 6am. I have nothing except Nitraflex pre-workout, and BCAA during.

Can i stack yohimbine with weight lifting and Nitraflex pre-workout, or will it be too much?

I could also take yohimbine post workout, but I read you should do fasted cardio with it.

What do lads?

Is preworkout a meme? Should I try it? I got a few free samples and I'm curious but I don't want my heart to explode or anything

Don't use it every workout or your will just become reliant on it.

Ideally don't use one at all. They are expensive.
(this being the branded preworkout powders)
You can buy the ingredients separately for way cheaper (caffeine pills, beta-alanine powder, and DMAA if you can find it) and make your own.

Personally I just have a cup of coffee with some beta-alanine in it.

Hey /fit/, first time poster here. My girlfriend just broke up with me and I was wondering if any of you know of a good workout plan for getting more muscular. I'm a pretty scrawny and small boned guy and am just trying to feel better about the way I look. Any advice would be much appreciated.

When you take anabolic steroids, you will relive your newbie gains. You’ll get stronger and leaner. You’ll throw more 45s on the bar. You’ll be aggressive. You’ll know how Genghis Khan must’ve felt when he slayed men, raped women, and enslaved children.

You will gain 20-40 pounds on your cycle.

You will not keep most of those gains.

Once you go off cycle, you’ll begin getting weaker. Without the benefit of synthetic testosterone and other anabolics, your body will no longer be able to sustain your current training volume.

You’ll have to work harder to lift less weight.

Most guys become completely demoralized. “I just did this same weight for 10 reps. Now I can only do it for 6. Fuck this.”

Instead of keeping some of those unnatural gains, the guy quits lifting altogether.

I’ve seen that happen repeatedly.

That said, steroids are not always a no-go. Guys who have already paid their dues in the gym don’t share the same problems as young guys.

If you’ve lifted consistently for 5 years, you’ve had nearly 1,000 workouts. You’ve been “up” for weeks at a time. You’ve added more weight to the bar every workout. You know what it’s like to be in the zone.

You’ve also been “down.” You’ve lifted through sickness. You’ve lifted through break-ups, divorces, the deaths of friends and families. You’ve lifted while wondering if you were going to lose your job, and when stressing about paying rent.

When you have had dozens of shitty workouts, you have the emotional maturity to deal with anabolic steroids. You’ll have the maturity to realize that maintaining 100% of the gains is unrealistic, and that the weeks following a cycle are going to be rough.

Until you’ve had at least 500 hard workouts in the weight room, you should not even consider taking steroids.

Yeah I've been lifting, eating healthy, and staying in shape for 10 years. I've only done 3 cycles but man, pussy flows for months.

Really, OP your whole theory rests on the idea that people get discouraged. If someone stays motivated, then you really have no ground to stand on.

HELLO FAGGOT PIPSQUEAKS

I want to take my grandpa to buy new shoes for his feet because his calves are always sore from walking. He always wears slip on chinese old man shoes and I think some decent shoes would help his posture. What shoes should I get him? I'm thinking some hiking shoes like The North Face or maybe some New Balance? Leaving soon ! PLease help!

Hey, /fit/ I just recently moved and don't want to join a new gym until I get the lay of the land. What would be some good exercises to do in the meantime. I own a backpack and about 30 pounds of dumbells, so I've been thinking of putting the weights into my backpack and getting into Rucking. Could I make a makeshift Kettlebell? Any other ideas or tips would be great

you have no reason to ruck if youre not in the military. you have to sorta do a "shuffle" when ruck running so you dont blow your knees out 10 years from now.
use that backpack with weights and do some weighted dips pullups planks and squats then do some regular running / sprints

Pushups, weighted planks with the dbs in the backpack, lateral raises, lunges w/ the backpack, curls, overhead extensions
If you can get a pullup bar cause otherwise you have no good way of training back
Resistance bands are a cheap way of jerry rigging a home workout with very low weights
