How are you holding up, /fit/?
Made that transformation yet?
Feeling quite isolated myself. I feel like there's few people around I can like or trust. I have not felt this unhappy since elementary school or high school. Politically I am sliding ever further into partisanship and I am starting to have a polarizing personality as a result. I'm in my mid twenties and I feel like I am a teenager again, it's not right. I need to get back into the gym but my work schedule makes it difficult. I know it's no excuse but I guess my motivation hasn't been as strong as it ought to be.
"Every day. We stray further from god."
*"Every day we stray further from God."
And that's not even how it goes.
Every day we stray further from God's light.

I'm ready to walk out of my job right now but I think I wont because I'm better than this, I took an interesting job a few months ago and i'm being paid very, very well. But today everything I was supposed to get done it fucked up and nothing could be done since my systems weren't working correctly
I went home, figured it out in my lab and now am stuck with driving back to the office right now and starting initial phase or sitting at home and working on 3 separate issues tomorrow
The room where I work at also looks like this so good luck figuring anything out, stupid kvm switches that dont go anywhere, dozens of terminals but not one works....
>Ffuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
>great job

Yet I feel empty.
Did I make it?

After the 8-hour arm workout (which was clearly BS to sell the product he was advertising at the time), the 1000 reps workout. This guy will never cease to amaze me. Do any of you /fit/izens have ever tried a super high rep workout?

I often exercise my hips by having sex with the neighbours dog instead of squats. Whatever it takes to confuse my brain with my body, damn it. Right babe?
Is there any way to stop getting hungry /fit/? I don't really have money in my budget for food so I'd like to get by on as little food as possible
>tfw foods expensive in ontario
>>41878560
Just buy those sacks of rice if you want to eat cheap
>>41878560
stimulants could help, but are obviously an expense unto themselves
>>41878662
I drink a lot of coffee to keep my hunger to a minimum
Hi /fit/. Like two weeks back I got some weird pain between my right forearm and bicep in the tendon. I took time off to allow it to heal a bit, I know tendons can take a while.
I went back today and unfortunately it's still not a hundred percent. I did shoulders and legs to not put the strain on it, but between exercises when I was moving the weights around I could feel it was still funky.
Anyway I just got home and right now it feels fine. I don't wanna take anymore time off gym I hate that shit. I'm wondering if it's possible that maybe I can keep working out, and find that working out actually improves the tendon and helps it recover. You ever experienced or heard anything like that? Thanks.
No it absolutely cannot help make it better.
If it gets better while still training, it will absolutely be in spite of training, not because of it.
Warm up for longer. Avoid working out in the morning if possible, avoid exercises that cause it to flare up. You can still hit the gym, just tailor your workouts around it rather than just trying to push through it.

>You can still hit the gym, just tailor your workouts around it rather than just trying to push through it.
alright. as long as I dont put the focus on it it will get better eventually right?
fucking tendons man take fucking centuries to heal
I just took 8 scoops of EAA and now I have the worst diarrhoea I have ever had. AMA
>>41878407
What did your diarrhea taste like? How many of the logs did you eat? What did it feel like when you shoved the shit back up your asshole?
>tfw The only reason I became a /fit/izen is so I could pick up my elderly dog and he just died.
>>41878269
You can still pick him up though so keep up the good work.
that said, I suppose you can stop lifting now because it will get easier to pick him up as the weeks go by.
At least you can carry him to his grave now like a real man.
What type of haircut does chad get?

Is this what normies consider to be shredded? Wtf

Normies think a 50lb DB shoulder press is strong
Normie standards are pathetic
It's click bait of course.
>>41878170
This, my friends think the fact I can deadlift 3pl8 makes me some kind of fucking beast...

>>41878140
Everyone bigger then you is on juice. That is the rule of /fit/. So is Takanuva bigger then you? There is your answer.
>too impatient to wait for a place to deadlift

What size neck in inches is considered "big" assuming you are lean?
>>41878013
For some "big neck" is as big as your jaw/head/temple(is this the right name?) depends on the shape of your head, often drawing a straight line, see the video(but then again aesthetics is subjected to your personal features), for some a "big neck" often means it is wider than your head.
So I had to stop going to the gym for about 20 days and in those days I didn't really care what I ate and how much protein I took, work fucked me up. I started again last week.
>I'm 5'9" and I started to work out about 7.5 months ago and I was around 145 lbs when I first started. Work and school made it really hard for me but I was in gym 5-6 days a week in at least 6 months.
>On 22 may I was at 158 lbs
>Then I stopped working out till 13 june
>At 13 june I was 163 lbs
>Today I'm 167 lbs
I have kept about 90% of my strength for every group except my biceps and I kept 75-80% of my strength for my biceps.
I was thinking that I should keep bulking till it's 1 whole year. Then start to cut.
Bu is a minicut necessary(like 2 weeks)? What do you think?
depends on how much fat you have imo. If you're that worried just recomp, 300-400 kcal surplus on lifting days, 100-200 kcal under maintenance on non lifting days.
