Is this an achievable natty?
>>41894493
why would you want to look like this
>>41894493
sure, if thats what youre after
looks a bit like an inflatable doll or something though. like, the skin looks fake
>>41894493
Having a dick that small? Sure, if you're Asian.
Need routine advice.
I've been lifting for about a year and have plateaued. I got into lifting to look good but I also want to be strong.
Should I
>Start Texas Method to get my lifts up to a respectable level before going to a PPL routine for better aesthetics
Or
>Go straight to a PPL routine
I'm 5'11" 180lbs
>Press: 140 x5
>Bench: 220 x5
>Squat: 275 x5
>Deadlift: 320 x5
>>41894473
that's why you work inner chest. idiot got punched in the sternum and fuckin died
I personally went for Bill Starr's intermediate 5x5
put on a lot of mass during it, after you have the mass and have maxxed out CNS gains, gaining aesthetics is a lot easier.
>>41894473
ppl is garbage. go texas method or madcow and get stronk or even PHUL if youre interested in aesthetics
So there's this chubby faggot at work with bitch tits, a spare tire, and skinny little arms.
None of that was at all a subject of conversation for anybody until this Monday, immediately following a company gathering at the beach where he saw a bunch of the other employees with their shirts off. Since then, he started walking like he is permanently carrying heavy grocery bags and stomping around like The Rock. It's clear he's trying to look bigger, but overnight. It's really weird. He practically has to do a 3 point turn just to turn around.
Is there a terminology for this behavior? If not, can you guys come up with a good name for it?
>>41894469
Body dysmorphia
He probably thinks he's huge and hulking but he's not
>>41894469
invisible lat syndrome
or imaginary lat syndrome
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EK_voX9LaPA
its really just ape behaviour, he's one step away from beating his chest
>>41894469
How strong is this kid?
was Skeletor natty?
>Have gym membership because of work benefits
>Literally have never stepped foot in a gym
>Wot do?
I mean what exercises, routines etc. should I stick to, taking advantage of the gym membership

You'd be a big guy
Okay /fit/ how do I achieve semi-toned abs like this with a bodyweight routine? I already have extremely low body fat and my current core routine is this.
>Stomach vacuums
>Plank
>Side planks
>Leg raises
stop using word TONED
REEEEEE
Crunches, suitcases, cherry pickers, ab wheel, decline crunches, penguins, side bends, bicycles
Just look up ab workouts and do fuck load of them in high intensity bursts throughout the day
Hey /fit/,
Anyone know wtf is going on with irc?
Need to order me some MK and Cardarine..but..
It's down :'(
Ah.. Figured it out
I'm 107kg, I'm about 10ish kg overweight. In either case, I've been bulking and doing calisthenics/bands for a while now.
But I'd like to get a door frame pullup bar. Would this fuck up my doorframes?
Also has anyone use a dip station at home? I'm also considering getting one.
There are some pull up bars that come with mounting brackets that screw into the wall right above the door frame and the whole pull up bar sits into those, essentially it means less stress being put on the doorframe itself. The bar can be removed and installed without a hassle, the brackets just stay mounted all the time
>>41894332
>dip station
I use 2 chairs kek
>>41894373
Don't normal chairs run the risk of breaking? considering they're only really built to withstand downward pressure and not sideways
>>41894370
That would leave permanent marks though, no?
Sup /fit/,
Is the Spartan race good for me? I tried out a workout from them recently and it was pretty damn fun, been doing their daily workout for a week and seems pretty HIIT / bodyweight focused.
Thinking about running the race sometime, anyone here do it?
Fucking help me /fit/ I can't deal with this shit
>Winter in down unda
>Live is tasmania, buttfuck central of australia in all things including weather
>its wetter and colder here than in fucking london with the heat in the summer of a fucking desert
>Have asthma, really, really fucking bad
>Starting getting fit in the summer, losing weight everythings great
>winter rolls around I can't jog anymore, not even 1/7th of what I was doing is possible anymore because of the cold fridged air and humidity, feels like my chest is about to implode on itself and give in
>Rest of my body is cold as shit no matter what clothing I'm wearing, swinging my arms like normal begins to fucking HURT and my leg with a floating patella grinds way sooner into run.
I just wanna get fit boys this shit is the worst. What kind of cardio/exercise can I substitute for a good jog? I've heard the rowing machine is a good choice but I've never used one before so I dunno. Its also a hassle to go to the gym EVERYDAY just to run on a god-damn treadmill. I don't wanna be that guy.
I need some advice bros
What foods should I avoid, which contain it. And what long term effects can Oestrogen cause?
>Like /fit/ and strong girls
>Don't lift because I'm afraid of getting stronger than these girls
Does anyone else know this feel?
>>41894236
No. Get jacked, meet a qt and have kids to raise and protect. You wanting a domineering, bulky gf is jewish mind control to produce a decadent, effeminate society.
