Breakfast for athletes

Don't athletes require glycogen
you are like a little baby.
enjoy your kidney failure before 35
I finally realized the way to make bulking and cutting extra easy
>smoke while cutting
>quit while bulking
r8 my plan
If you are super strong willed, go for it.
If you aren't sure or haven't smoked before, don't fucking risk it
If you are one of those people who wants to come into this thread and be like "wow you actually get addicted to stuff ? What a fag!" Remember that your brain is fucked up and weird incorrectly if you don't experience chemical addiction.
>>41976405
I already smoke, and started the experiment.
It really makes stuffing your face 24/7 a lot easier. Might smoke a couple now and then to keep the withdrawal going and not go crazy.
You are going to die retard
Does anybody here have tinys routine and what his stats were when he posted this pic?
He has basically my dream body and I want to know what I need to do to look like him

Be a manlet.
>>41976304
I already am
>>41976304
Done. Next?
I look like a fat fuck, but my BMI says I'm good (22). I hate being fat and decided to change, so I started eating 1100 calories a day, so far I've eaten below that.
Then I tried using myfitnesspal to make it easier to record stuff, and when I put in my height and weight and how much I wanted to lose it said that would be underweight.
For the record I'm 5'10" 154lb and 18 years old.
What's wrong fit?
>>41976074
pic related is me.
Sorry for censoring so much.
>>41976074
You're just the definition of skinnyfat
Lose weight, or put on muscle. It'll be fine once you do either of them
>>41976074
I'm Australian btw if that matters
just wondering..
>>41976062
I'd like to know what the fuck a sigma male is

it's basically an autistic

Could a beginner make good gains doing a full dynamic effort routine?
>>41975483
What the fuck is that
>>41975483
Why does that question make me so fucking angry what the fuck
>>41975514
Explosively perform the lifts at 50% of 1RM with low reps and high sets. So you squat, deadlift, bench, etc explosively. Except my question is instead of incorporating dynamic effort, you do only dynamic effort.
Is it okay to eat 'raw oats'? I find it much easier to eat a large amount of oats if they are not cooked or left to puff up. I still eat them with the same amount of milk and fruit just uncooked.
>>41975456
whatever's clever, nig nog
>>41975456
dude, no. My friend died that way. Always cook your oats
>>41975456
NIGGER...
this is a COMMON cereal in denmark, tons of people eat it here...
jesus fucking christ, just eat it
It's summertime /fit/,
Share current body, cutting diets, recipes, routines, tips.
Whats worked out best for you when cutting?
Currently thinking of doing an ECA stack along with Keto on a Deficit while on Intermittent Fasting so i can control hunger/calorie intake.
Routine would be compounds with about 20min of cardio 4-6 times a week. Dont wanna lose all muscle though so not sure
Cardio does not cause muscle loss.
Unless you are doing several hours of it a day.
it's easier in my country to get all kinds of steroids + dnp than ephedrin
that shit is rare like a rainbow coloured gay uniquehorn
>1500-2000kcal
>250-300g protein
>250mg dnp
>500test
>2x3split volume/heavy
>30-60min hiit or liss ed
hoping for single digit soon 10kg to go
Drop the aspirin out of the stack. It's not so great to talk in the long run for weightloss purposes. There's a reason that doing guide is just for an EC stack.
Keto + IF together sounds like absolute misery.
IF is the more reasonable of the two diets, imo.
Like other anon said, you won't lose gains doing cardio unless you ran so much that you burned more calories than you were eating to make up for it, which would have to be several hours a week, considering lifting burns more calories per hour than running.
Deadlifts to the intro of Enter Sandman is just one of the many lifting delights this album has in store for you.

I dont even know what mind muscle conection is
>>41975040
>>mind muscle connection
I used to laugh at this meme as well until I realised that it essentially translates to "keep your fucking form".
>hey everyone I'm new to lifting!
If you think the concept of mind muscle connection has no value to training then you obviously haven't been training long.
Does a thick neck make you a Chad?
Nah. It's just a new meme that has caught on.
>>41974969
No. Various factors play into it, the most important being a sense of honest good will towards your peers and a genuine belief in yourself and your own sense of worth.
>In before HEIGHT FACE FRAME.
Take that fatalistic bullshit and fuck right off.
no amount of physical changes will make you a chad, you are a berrypicker and no fit memes will fix that
When is a lifter considered intermediate? Been struggling to find a program appropriate for me so I'm wondering when one is considered "intermediate" ?
>>41974919
1/2/3/4 is considered a standard for some reason.
those are all in 5x5. people claiming 1/2/3/4 for 1RM is intermediate are fucking idiots.
According to Mark Rippedtoe it's when you can no longer add weight to your lifts every week. According to fit it's when you hit 1/2/3/4/.
According to others it's someone who's been training for a year.
There is no real definition.
By intermediate I tested my 1rm first time yesterday, did 345 on squat, and 245 on bench, I did it with relative ease though. I started lifting in April this year, although it's not my first time ever lifting.
By "program appropriate for me" I mean I lift in a garage with very little space for olympic lifts. I could maybe empty it out in the coming months but for now it's too dangerous.
>Be /ck/ and /tg/ fag
>Game like a motherfucker and make hearty, delicious meals all the time
>Graduate university last may
>Look down and see beer gut
>Step on scale
>180lbs, 5'11''
>wtf I was 150lbs at the start of freshman year
>Cut down on fast food to once or twice a week at most
>Start making healthier food with less carbs and fat
>Start hitting the gym 2 or 3 times a week, doing cardio and dumbbell exercises because I never learned how do do anything else
>Go on short ~2 mile hikes once or twice a week
>Hard at first, but I stick with it and it gets easier
>Go harder on the stair-stepper and move up to heavier dumbbells
>Step on the scale today
>175lbs
>Still got a beer gut
What the actual fuck is happening here /fit/? It seems like I'm following your sticky's advice minus a few lapses. I know it's supposed to be harder for people who aren't actually overweight to drop pounds, but this is fucking ridiculous.
>>41974806
Count your calories
>>41974806
>Start making healthier food with less carbs and fat
HMMMMMMMM. Are you actually counting calories or just winging it?
>>41974852
>>41974855
I usually just wing it if it's something I'm making myself instead of packaged stuff, because figuring out and adding up the calories from all the individual ingredients is pretty time-consuming.
What are some genetics that are good for weightlifting?
>mobility
>>41974721
High test
psychological: calm, focus, drive, control over emotions, confidence (as in resilient beliefe in your skills)
physical: bone structure, leverages (limb lengths, depends on the sport), muscle insertions, good immune system, strong tendons, great capacity for recovery, lung volume, symmetry (absolute symmetry doesnt exist, just look at your face)
Its hard to scientifically quantify since everyone's body is totally unique and so many variables go into it, its impossible to accurately quantify. Check out The Sports Gene, it goes into great detail about the effects of genetics and sports training on human athleticism
Commonly genetics is incorrectly thrown around here as something you cant change. While for most here that holds true, many here just had a fucked up development and simply didnt grow into the adults they could have become with perfect diet, upbringing, physical activity, training from an early age on. Dont blame your parents for shitty genes, but for not raising you properly
So, what was your breakfast today /fit/?
