I dropped a 25 pound weight on my toe yesterday. My town has gotten more swollen and bruised, but it does not hurt as much. I can move it at the base, but I can barely move it at the second joint. I have been icing it and taking anti-inflammatories.

Should I go see a doctor? It hurts to walk on. I've been thinking that if the swelling doesn't go down in the next few days, then I will go to a doctor.

What does /fit/ listen to while they do cardio?

For me I can only do long periods of cardio if I'm listening to military cadence songs.

Cadence helps me too. The reason it works is because the lyrics chosen to compose the cadence are there for the reason to make you breathe the right amount at the right times.

Kind of like how tempo can effect your workout. But cadences exist to control your breathing as you run.

My resting HR is anywhere from upper 50s to low 70s, depending on the day and my stress levels.

I'm on a beta blocker cos I was given that for an arrhythmia I had until a couple years ago when I got it surgically fixed...the withdrawal symptoms of getting off the beta blockers are awful and include a racing heart rate when you do anything that isn't lying still in bed, so I stay on it out of convenience I guess. Even though I don't need it.

In order to retain mass, I've held my poop in for as long as possible. This way my body uses up as much fuel as possible and more of what I eat is converted to raw muscle. So far I'm able to hold my poop in for about 4 days at a time, but a few times I've managed to get to 5 or more (my record is 8 days).

Does anyone else do this? If so, what are some good foods to eat to keep from wasting valuable mass?

So /fit/ I'm 24 years old and my beard looks like I've just turned 17. I consider taking roids to make my beard finally grow but I don't know if this will actually help me.

Its kinda weird because I can easily build muscles faster than anybody I know but I don't have any body hair. My chest looks like I've shaved it and my arms still have blonde hair that makes them not visable.

Will I make beard gains by injecting testosterone or is there any other mothod that might help me?
