I have a 33 pounds barbell for my homegym, what I want to know is when it'll bend and when I should switch to 45 pounds. Thanks.

Buy a 45 pound barbell and check its max weight before you start postinf about how tou "squatted 2 plates". Don't go cheap on a bar unless you want to not go above 500-600 pounds

I have a standard bar that I was squatting 315 for 5x5 many years ago with. I would recommend to get a nice barbell when you feel it flexing uncomfortably.
Or lift for around a year and decide if you are going to continue.
It all depends on how good the bar is,mine has the best knurling I have ever felt but had too much whip on 315 for me to feel safe.
It shouldn't snap but it might bend to a permanent shape. Some of the gym's bars have that.

I keep seeing people mention going over a 1000 calorie deficit is bad. On May 31st I was at 240 pounds and I then started tracking all my food. I've been doing so for a little over 4 weeks now and I've lost 15 pounds by eating around 1800-1900 calories each day and typically burning ~3300 each day. I just started lifting this week, but before that all I would do is walk a shit ton and eat right. I'm 6'1", 22 years old, and currently 225 lbs. What am I doing wrong exactly by creating that size deficit? I'm not doubting it, I just want to understand. Pic related is me about three weeks ago. I eat very clean, my main source of protein being about a pound of chicken a day. I eat four times a day, five times if you count the protein shake as a meal.

Secondly, you have so much fat you could survive on it own so there's really no need for you to eat anything over 1000 kcal but you will feel hungry, but have in mind that you're in no danger whatsoever as long as you get your minerals either through food or supplements.
And i assume that people tell you to not lose weight fast enough so you don't have bad stretch marks.

So train while losing weight, you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time if you're new, which you are.

I sweat like a mother fucker in the summer but now its way way worse because it is one of the side-effects of the antidepressants I am taking

by the time I get home my clothing is legit soggy most of the time once it hits 25c I cant wear pants and with the humidity it gets to be 40 or worse when a heatwave hits on top of all that I am drinking at least 5L of water daily and in the past 2 weeks I've noticed salt stains on my shirts all over my chest plus my weight is jumping all over the place I aint /fit/ I just cycle a lot as main way of transportation

tl;dr how the fuck do I stop sweating so much this is literally killing me I just tried rubber alcohol and its working I think its raining but its like 25cish outside and I have the window open

I don't smell like BO at all no matter what I am just constantly fucking slimy anyone else in the same boat here

ideas help suggestions etc?

if in scenario like beach or athletics, i dont care just let it pour.
i start to care less about torso sweat, mainly about ass sweat.
if bathroom is cool/a full private room, not high traffic, lock the door take off clothes and chill for a minute, wipe sweat with TP of wherever on body.
But american bathrooms are retarded and only have those metal barriers rather than individal rooms. lol

From what I've searched, most websites say to eat before & after, but I'm on a cut and all the authors from the websites google gives me are dyels or fat fucks, so I don't feel like taking their word for it. What's fit opinion on this?
