800lbs capacity bench and 800lbs capacity on cage/safeties.
Looks good. Depending on your weight you can probably do 500-600lbs workouts using the bench and like 600-700 cage only workouts. I'd probably get it if it wasn't broke. My rack only has a 300lbs limit and coated $50 less than that.

"Oh I added a scoop of peanut butter to my shake, how many calories should I record. Here's some extra virgin olive oil in my salad, hm should I measure how much I'm pouring so I know how to accurately record it." REEE

i have been on a push pull legs split and that worked decently and i am thinking of switching to a bro split so i can hammer each muscle with lots of volume i have been lifting for 1.4 years and i did ss which gave me some strength and very little gains before that i fucked around and did high rep bench pressing and curls and all that shit which gave me good noob gains. Whats the best way to organize a bro split or can someone give me a good ppl routine. i also have a lot of free time and im able to workout most of the weak.

Chest/Arms, Back/Shoulders, Legs/Whatever (could be traps, Calves, forearms, whatever is lagging). 6 days a week, though sometimes I'll only hit legs once because they're a bit overpowering rn.
The best routine is the one you stick to, and I have fun doing mine so I stick to it.

Anyone else use the "Wim Hoff Method"? A cold shower in the morning gets the whole day kicked off hard and I use his breathing technique whenever I bicycle and it improves my overall stamina by quite a bit. I live in a hilly environment so I keep heartrate fairly low going downhill and going back up I profit from the stored oxygen. Totally works and running around in swimshorts during snowstorms makes you feel like a badass nord. Also anyone with other breathing techniques to recommend feel free. Im already aware of box breathing and I also use this during stressful situations.

Im a 6' 185lb male. My current job is as a housekeeper, which basically means nonstop rushed walking and vigorous scrubbing for 8 hours 5 days a week. On top of that, i lift after work monday wednesday and friday, and probably go for 2 or 3 actual cardio days a week or just do it after my workout. The cardio generally just consists of 15-20 minutes on bikes or stairs or fast walking on the treadmill to keep my heartrate around 60%. Im cutting.
Would anyone be willing to tell me, based on the info above, my needed daily calories so i can figure out what to eat? Everything seems to give me a different freaking number so ive just been eating around 1700-2000 cals daily.
Should I incorporate cardio into my workout if im bulking? I want to increase stamina because mines shit but im only 154lbs and I want to be 170+ so im scared cardio will make me lose gains
