What are some good arm workouts? I've always struggled with biceps. They never feel sore after I work them out despite struggling with them

I curl 30lbs dumbbells but can't seem to finish a full set with them

25lbs dumbbells feel too light and I finish the set easy. Yet i don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it

Haven't seen one of these in a while. Looking for a lifting buddy for at least the fall. Starting grad school. Just got back from a 6 month stint in South America and have lost the little of what I had before I left, so I'm hopping on SS, should be a couple of months into the program by the time I get to CS.

I have two questions.

Friend who is having far more success than me told me to try creatine. Should I try? Do I take alongside my protein supplement afterwards? How do I know how much to take?

and

I've currently got the basic of a new routine set up that works 2 muscle groups a day for 4 days. How do I figure out which exercises to use for each muscle group? I'm aware google is a thing, but how do I know which exercises will be best for my chosen muscle groups?

Found out my gf cheated on me a few months ago as a one night fling from a buddy. Been wanting to break up with her anyway but the sex has been outrageously good.
