Why are European gyms so shitty?
I went to a few gyms across continental Europe over the past month during my vacation, and they were all tiny, overcrowded places with no air conditioning and sweltering heat. You'd be lucky to see a single smith machine, let alone a squat cage, and none of the gymgoers seemed to put the plates or dumbbells back in place.

Whole milk is excessive. When bulked, I mostly ate Oatmeal, Bananas, peanut butter, baked chicken, lean ground beef, green beans, egg whites, brocoli, minute brown rice, cheese, and also some mass gainer which is optional but helps when you don't have time to eat nonstop all day.

I am an extreme poorfag, and at the moment can't afford to put money into gym subscriptions or buying free weights. I own a cymbal bag kind of like pic related, where it has a handle at the top, as well as backpack straps. I have several cymbals and a variety of equipment and other shit I can put into it to add weight. What are some good exercises I could do with this to build muscle? Despite my shitty current situation, I want to get more /fit/.
