I'm 5'9 and 218lbs, should I be trying to get 220G of protein a day, or 180(my goal weight)? Mostly fat by the way.

I was in your exact same situation a year ago. I've now reached my goal. My advice? Eat a lot less, and eat healthier. That's it. Eat chicken if you want protein, but the biggest thing I learned was just to not eat as much as I was.

How does one quit caffeine? I've had a crazy high metabolism and have been told caffeine is the only thing keeping me skinny. How do I quit it? Imagine not a single day without at least two cans of soda. How fucked am I? Am I no longer water and now 70% Mountain Dew? Seriously what's my life like without caffeine gonna be?

For women 20-25, the man is most attractive between 25 and 29. You're at your physical prime, you should be kickstarting a decent career by this point, you have no real ties unless you're stupid enough to already have kids or have wifed someone. Younger girls prefer younger dudes, once you're 25 your chance of banging 18 year old QTs is drastically reduced. Once the sloots reach 30, age becomes largely irrelevant as long as you're older than the woman and you're under 50.
