If you actually want to make it you should eat a balanced diet (with more protein if you lift). Exercise daily, and have a Chad day once every 2-3 weeks and post a pic of it on instagram to make all the betas think you eat Pizza everyday.

I'm in the best shape of my life, but aesthetically I still feel like I look like I'm 350.

my tits sag, my stomach droops. I feel even more conscious about myself than ever.

Would treating myself to plastic surgery help with my insecurities?

I feel like I'm cheating, but I've been big since I was in 4th grade.

Following this guy on Snapchat and it's pissing me off. He went from being a fatty to being "in shape" in 2 years. He says he lost 60 pounds. Gives this sob story about being 300 lbs. Bullshit. There is no way this is a natty physique after only two years. He's cheating. His arms look like synthol usage.

He tries to be "humble" and shit saying that he could've made more gains if he had a better diet in those years but I've been lifting for over 4 years and my back does NOT look like that. I fucking hate this toxic culture of e-celebs. He looks like shit. Fuck him.

All my life I've consistently drank quite a bit of milk, mostly 2% and whole. Recently however I've been exposed to the notion that milk is bad for the human body once we hit certain age. Now I see alternatives, like soy milk, but I've also read about soy leading to man breasts, something to do with estrogen. Then there's almond/cashew milk which is what I'm having now with a bowl of Trader Joe's cereal. Anyway, my question is, what is the best milk alternative? Or is milk the best?

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Do ultra low rep schemes with deep as fuck depth and extremely high weight, lots of pullups and calinisthetics in insane rep ranges, lift only thrice a week, and tons of cardio at all times. Saw a skinny Apache dude who was like 5'2" and 110 lbs bench 250 for three flawless reps. He was seen squatting 365 for reps. Crazy shit.
