god, this guy has some unfortunate dimples
>you can do a lot in three years
He grew up, completed puberty and added a few kgs of muscle. Where is his bachelors degree, his job, his money his gf and his life? It isn't there, because he spent the last three years lifting weights in a sweaty gym day in and day out and making sure he ate the correct food.
So long story short I weigh 300lbs almost obese line and want to lose weight fast. I'm planning on going on a salad diet. Eating grilled chicken and rice once a week so I don't go crazy. Also going to do at least 100 pushups, situps, squats a day. Is this a good and quick way to lose weight?
You're going to fail.
Read the sticky, actually change your eating habits in a sustainable manner so you learn how to eat properly. Don't go on a stupid crash diet you will hate.

I was planning to starve myself for quicker results but I actually like to eat salad.

Don't set yourself these pushup/situp goals. You won't do them. Be more active in your daily life. Walk every single day, run/swim a few times each week, and do strength training as well.

lets have an "adult" discussion about this! :)
Sup /fit/ - currently cutting (australian summer coming up) and need some advice. So I have quite a high caffeine tolerance, but I'm just wondering if what I'm taking is over-doing it / dangerous.
Currently I'm taking:
- Oxyshred (once in morning)
- Lipodrene (once in morning once in afternoon)
- GAT Nitaflex (preworkout)
- Usually have another one to three coffees throughout the day
Those are my stimulant based supplements (also take multis, protein etc)
Am I over doing it? Oxyshred I think is around 100mg of caffeine, each tablet of lipodrene is 100mg and nitraflex is 300mg. Thoughts?

Looks fine to me. The "safe" recommended dosage for caffeine is 400mg per day. You might get to the point where you'll in fact build a bigger tolerance to caffeine.
DNP, Yohimbine HCL, and caffeine is also a godly combo I'm using combined with 20:4 fasting, and I am dropping fat like crazy. The lethargy is fucking insane though

Yeah, thing is I work as a Barista as well as being a Uni student - so I am pretty much drinking coffee most days.
Might cut down to 1 lipodrene a day, and limit to two coffees a day.

does he make you just as wet as me?
I'm trying to get back on track. Bought myself a pair of gymnastic rings and I have been doing things like bodyweight rows, assisted chin-ups and tucks. Does anybody know of a straight-forward, no BS program with a clear progression? (I am currently hitting my legs 2x a week with squats and deadlifts at the gym, 2x a week are reserved for ring work at home due to time constraints) The pic is of my ghettorig at the FUCKING ATTIC.
You pleb why'd you get the plastic ones, wooden ring master-race here.
Easiest way to progress is to start wearing weight.
Also have a look at the TRX stuff it's pretty hardcore

What is a routine so I can practice taekwondo like a pro, it needs to include stretching training time and gym routine
>>42891975
How about going to taekwondo lessons? lol
>>42891975
Tons of streching for maximum mobility and reach, unironically train glutes and hip muscles, they are the the ones increasing your kick's strenght
Join a tae kwon do gym. Bonus points if it's ITF, the WTF is way too focused on olympics

exactly
Hello fit, is it normal that everytime before I go for a run I have to poop 2 times in a row?
The first time no matter how much I force it not everything comes out.
Any ideas how I could make this stop as it's really annoying?
become comfortable with pooping your pants in public
Your brain is interpreting your decision to run as a fight and flight response, so it tells your body to expel everything in your bowels to make your body lighter.
Having to go twice may mean your diet is bad so you can't do it in one poop.
>>42891964
Don't have a special diet, but don't unhealthy all of the time either so I don't know
