I thought it would be very hard but I tried it at the gym today with a chick who weighted 49kg and it was pretty easy (1 minute)
Am I just very strong or is this just not difficult to do?

My grand grandfather who was a former boxer training on his youth told me that punching power is all about having shorter ligaments and bwing phisically strong
He told me the shorter the ligaments the more power they can generate and the stronger you are the stronger the ligaments and tendons equal more momentum
It makes no sence to me at all, but he always told me to dont mess with a guy who couldnt sit crosslegged because that meant short ligaments and devasting punching power

Pro boxer here. 1 , punching power is god given you either are born with it or not. 2, lanky guys are usually deadly punchers something about long ligaments snapping punches like a ball on a chain... tommy hearns for example... there are exceptions but usually tall lanky guys who look more like tennis players than they do fighters are deadly punchers . I'm a pro fighter with over 60 pro fights I know.

Yesterday morning I deleted all of my games, including steam (had around 110 hours past two weeks) and I've had a hell of a day, I was on YouTube watching gameplay videos, that's how bad it is. I want to keep the no gaming thing for the rest of the week and starting from the following week I'll follow a more strict schedule with around two hours of playing video games a day.

Maybe you won't even be interested in them anymore.
For now: Find other hobbies. Learn new skills. Learn an instrument. Learn languages, learn coding, read more books, spend more time outside, go volunteer somewhere, start playing a team sport...
Delete everything digital, destroy everything physical.
Remove your games from your steam account and use a throwaway mail address to completely block access to any gaming accounts you might have.

Morning:
2 cups of oats, 3 cups of while milk
Lunch:
1 giant 1lb can of ham (800 cals, 72g protein, some fat)
Dinner:
3 cans of light chunk tuna (360 cals, 90g protein) (not albacore, so less mercury supposedly)
Before bed:
2 cups of whole milk (for slow digesting casein)
+ multi vitamin.
2560 cals, 196g protein.
If i need more cals/protein later, I'll throw in a can of chicken breast too.
Tell me why this is going to give me aids or something.
