thoughts about vegetarianism for a beginner? I could care less about the ethical reasons, but for a healthier body and mind, is vegetarianism the answer?

ethical reasons are the only valid reasons to go vegetarian/vegan.

You base diet (To cover your BMR) should be keto/low carb, and what you burn through activity can be covered by more carbs.

Anyway, vegetarianism is pointless unless you're vegan. Dairy and eggs are terrible for you. Lots of junk food available on a vegan diet too though so it's not automatically healthier. You still have to think about nutrients and calories and sugar content and trans fats and whatnot. But going vegan is a good place to start if you want to be healthy.

There is a scientific consensus that it is indeed healthier than an animal based diet overall.

I'm honestly confused now. I was going to majorly lower my squat weight because I could only go to slightly below parallel, but apparently ATG is a literal meme and a "full squat" (as described in SS) is this slightly below parallel position, rather than ATG?

The science shows that weight loss is impossible. Those of you who succeeded so far just have beginners luck, and once leptin/ghrelin increases, you're gaining it all back and then some. /fit/ is just a little snap shot of people who havent gained back yet. This is science, no amount of anecdotal evidence changes science that you will regain all of it back.

I put on about 6kgs from doing this.

My shits were nice and oily as well.

That kind of annoyed me desu, as I used to like shitting out the large logs into plastic bags and then putting it in the freezer. Several hours later I would re-insert the frozen turd into my ass and use it as a dildo.

Oh well, the price of bulk gains tho I suppose.

honestly this is the average sort of condiment i wish i had been having one night snacks with in college

nothing really noteworthy about it but it would be a good night of feeling like you're normal. i'd almost rather eat it than something objectively tastier because at that point you're like "ok you're feeding me but you're out of my league, what's your angle"

Hello /fit/ here is my DNP progress. I started at 400mg and had a couple days up to 600mg, total time 16 days total. Total weight loss: 18 pounds.

The after photo was taken only a couple days after stopping, so I still have probably 2 pound of water weight left to lose.

Diet consisted of a little over 2000 calories a day, 120g protein. A few days I gave into cravings and ate like shit. The sweat was pretty God awful, I would wake up in the morning with my sheets covered in sweat, sweated at work, felt weak and tired.

This is my second cycle, going to start back up again soon, trying to lose 20 or 30 more pounds so I can finally bulk.

My advice, take a antihistamine a week before starting as DNP can give you a nice little rash. Take a multivitamin, some people double up, I was fine with one. Drink lots of water, at least a gallon a day, Gatorade can give you some quick and easy sugar energy if you get too lethargic. Don't take too much if it's your first cycle, 200mg for a week and see how you respond. DNP can give you some mad carb cravings so it's important to try and fight those, it won't do anything if you eat taco bell every night.

So, today I'm going to try and start this.

Has anyone managed to do this already? If so, what would be some decent meals?

I tend to eat chicken and veg as a meal for dinner but sometimes I'm not that hungry and just have the veg, breakfast is toast or one of those breakfast biscuit thingies, I just drink water or have some green tea in between that all that.

I tested my limits so far with the running and it did fuck me up for a few days to try running 20-30 mins in one sitting, no shit. But I've been walking and jogging more than 10 minutes because I can handle it. Figure working this into that will help dramtically for the body aesthetics.

Still, advice is appreciated.
